A syailendra restaurant located near the main lobby of the JW Marriott hotel is quite extensive. When I visited there (syailendra restaurant) there was a thanksgiving event for the election of the North Sumatra Governor for the 2018-2023 period Edi Rahmayadi. Inside the restaurant there is a dining area that has to go down with stairs, near the area can be arranged live music stage and show screen. A variety of delicious and luxurious food and drinks and dessert ranging from western style, indian style, japan style (sushi, sashimi) to traditional style.
Mushalla is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, prayer rooms are separate between men and women but unfortunately the place of ablution is still mixed between men and women making it uncomfortable and long queues when there is an event. Finally I chose the nearest rest room ablution but had to go up one more floor without an elevator and the hotel staff was very friendly and good offering help with directions to get there. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the rest room outside the rooms is also clean.

The hotel is directly opposite the Ritz Chalton hotel. Hotel that joins 1 consortium. Her care is very tight with a puppy dog almost in every corner of the hotel

Small pool, average breakfast, excellent night city view, comfortable bed, spotless bathroom :)

The staff always smiling and makes their guests feel welcome. The location close to Lotte Sky Avenue which offers a lot of eateries with varied cuisine. The hotel has been gradually undergoing refurbishments as well.

Wah basic facilities, because the price is good too hehehe ...

The layout in the city center, central business Mega brass. Complete facilities.

The guarding section of the parking entrance on Sunday at 20.30 is impertinent, I want to stay in this hotel for 2 nights, not allowed to enter the parking lot because it is full of invited guests, and I was told to park in the next building (must pay) ,, please scolded, and please prioritize guests who stay over than wedding invited guests, thanks.

Good hotel.
But the LIFT from the basement to the LOBI floor is very small ..

Great service by hotel staff. Food is good but not great ( 2 exact breakfast menu). The room is great and the strategic spot on the middle of many city attraction and mall.

There to eat at the Pearl Chinese food restaurant, delicious and friendly staff. Great hotel too.

Well their Syailendra restaurant is well known for international buffet style with a fair price.

Cozy place. Several restaurants. Room is very comfortable and luxury. Friendly service.

Nice place for gathering. Food variety is good, taste excellent, just there are too many people in the lobby, so probably need a bigger lobby. Security is very tight, and cause some inconvenience when going in to the hotel,but it helps to make the guest feel more secure.

This is my first time to the JW Marriott hotel, because there was a Cybertrand Data Summit (CDS) event.

For food that is pretty good, I don't doubt the ability of the chefs who work in the kitchen but for the bathroom and prayer space, if I may, I don't want to give a star.

The CDS event itself is in the Ball room located on the 2nd floor.
The bathroom is located on the same floor while the prayer room is located on the 3rd floor.

1. The bathroom looks clean (although not very clean, because I have to choose) but smelly. Not too stinging but quite annoying and uncomfortable.

2. Mushola, a place for ablution for men and women is not separated, for those who wear hijab, to be honest is a little uncomfortable.
And again the smell (smell of damp carpet and smell of drains).

Very very dear, even though the hotel that is being sold is "service". Conditions like this that sometimes make people think again about going back again ..
Hopefully in the future jw Marriott will be better

A high end hotel with good meeting rooms. Came here frequently to meet up with business partners for meetings.

A very secure hotel because you have to pass several security to get in.

Hotel has the best quality, no doubt. Syailendra restaurant is gold. Must try the oxtail soup and mutton briyani!
