Hotel is located a short underground wall from Admiralty MTR Station, making transit connections easy. The service is top notch on the executive floors but the rooms are ready for a refresh. A wonderful experience though and I would stay there again my next time in HK.

The hotel is expensive in Hong Kong. I feel that the market price is higher than in New York, and the room is small. Usually, for long-term stays, there are many Marco Polo in Chimsa, and for Shenzhen, there are many Millenniums of the former Japan Airlines near Hong Kong Station, but for Hong Kong Island, this is recommended or Four Seasons. Coco is part of the ancient Hiroba mall. It is Sugu from the Admiralty station. If you want to pay the same high amount, I decided to make it a suite this time. Jumping from Shimizu ~ (> _ <)

The buffet is delicious, with gelatin, abalone, lobster, foie gras and more. The environment is still good, but sitting on the D. The Chinese restaurant is quite comfortable and the food is very fresh. Of course, the price is not flat.

Upgraded to a corner room with Gold member benefits.
Because it was harbor view, wasn't the view better than building view?

The size of the room and the atmosphere of the room are good. Because it was an old hotel, the air conditioning could only be adjusted to weak, medium and strong. It was good that the outlet in the room had a conversion plug, but it was a little inconvenient if there was no extension cord. wifi was a little weak and dissatisfied.

Luxury and quality of service of excellence. Spectacular views of beautiful Hong Kong. Next to a luxury mall and the metro
Share with the Conrad and Shangrila and the wonderful new Upper Room.

This hotel is located in the area where Conrad and Shangri-La Hotel are lined up and is very close to the station. It is a 5 star hotel to the point. In the lounge, there are many staffs, and they offer a personalized service.

Can t imagine that this is a 30yo hotel. Loved the corner twin room we had. The location is fantastic too.

The gym was under renovation. A few rooms on the 31st floor were converted into a functional room with a great view. If only it was permanent.

This is a nice hotel, pretty good by JW Marriott standards, conveniently located in the center of the business district. The rooms are nice and not too small. The executive lounge has very good service. It's also connected to a mall, so there are good shopping and dining options without even going outside.

I had the absolute pleasure to have the presidential suite upgrade. The hotel is in a great location, great price and amenities for any accommodation. The pool area is very family friendly while also providing access to a great food and beverage selection.

This is a high quality hotel. Staff was pleasant and made our stay more enjoyable. My Room and lobby impressed me because they are both spacious, clean, and modern. The Executive Lounge offers a variety of food options and alcoholic drinks. Come to the executive lounge in the evening for a relaxing vibe. The gym and pool is modern and up to date.

The hotel is nicely located with being attached to a shopping mall as well via the mall there is inside access to the Metro. The lobby is poorly laid out in that the front desk is a distance from the main door and get out of the way. The rooms are small but ok. They have attempted to renovate the rooms to update them but have not done a great job. They need to install proper electrical outlets or USB plugs next to the bed.

For some reason the hotel has decided to move the Executive Lounge to the 5th floor. The Executive Lounge is nice enough but busy. The staff are friendly enough.

The front desk staff need to explain the Executive privileges. I was at the hotel and did not know until when I was checking out that I had access to the primary dining room as part of the Executive Access.

The hotel would be better if they had Executive Floors.

I visited Hong Kong often and tried several hotels in Central and Wan Chai, which is by far the best.
Hotels that are more expensive and more luxurious than this one are scattered in the gorgeous city of Hong Kong.
However, no hotel is more considerate of guests than this hotel.
People in all departments, such as front desk, f&b, and housekeeping, are all incredibly friendly and friendly. They do their best to make my stay comfortable.
And comfortable bedding... The hotel's gowns, blankets and pillowcases are truly impressive. There were many times I really didn't want to take a step out of the blanket.

Great rooms and an almost-magnificent lobby, a decent but not ideal location, close to the MRT at least. Pacific Place Shopping Mall isn't bad, but it's no one's idea of a hot spot these days. Try to get a high floor room to soak in the view if you can.

Old and in need of a refurb but friendly and the staff are top notch from the Manager at the Lobby Lounge to the Supervisors at the Cafe ..food and friendly continues to define this hotel that has been a staple of Pacific Place since inception

JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong was opened in the first phase of development of Pacific Place, a complex of office towers, hotels and a shopping centre situated at 88 Queensway, in Admiralty, Hong Kong. The hotel was part of phase one out of three, the second phase opened in 1991, and the final third phase in 2004.[1]

Pacific Place contains two other luxury hotels and one service apartment, the Island Shangri-La, the Conrad Hong Kong, and the Upper House respectively. The complex is directly connected to Admiralty Station, part of Hong Hong's Mass Transit Railway that opened in 1979 and is located in Admiralty, at the eastern extension of Hong Kong's central business district.

An amazing experience. Great service, but rooms are slightly outdated. Furthermore, there is a no included breakfast, and food is overpriced for what is received.

I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Beautiful hotel. Very conveniently located near all major attractions in hong kong. The MTR station is also quite nearby. The adjacent Pacific Mall is also an added convenience.

The rooms are very tastefully done and the beds are extremely comfortable! The rooms also give a beautiful view of the city and the harbour if you're located on the higher floors.

The staff is very polite and helpful.

The best part about the hotel is their unbelievably huge and delicious breakfast spread! I have never seen such a wide choice of Menu and everything is just so delicious! It really is my most favourite and memorable breakfast out of all the places I've stayed in my life! I would love to stay this hotel again just for that out-of-the-world breakfast!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff. Executive Lounge has amazing view, with very good food selection. It gets very crowded for dinner though. Hotel itself is a little dated when we stayed, but is scheduled for renovation late March 2018.

Very accommodating staff and a great experience. I was on the fence between 4 or 5 stars but the executive lounge pushed it to 5.

The good:
-The executive lounge has a nice selection of food and drink and was open every day we were there.
-The gym has more equipment than most hotels and was fairly empty throughout our stay.
-The Lounge hosts an absolutely perfect Christmas brunch.
-The mountain view rooms are great for a relaxing holiday.

The bad:
-They aren't very strict about no children in the lounge after 6pm, so it can be noisy. This may have been particularly bad due to the holiday season.
-Rooms are on the smaller side but not unseasonable.
-The overall vibe can be a little stuffy.
-They didn't have a platinum check in line. Obviously not a huge deal, but it's the holidays so we had to wait a while, which was frustrating since we'd done mobile check in and just needed to grab our keys.

I am expecting a lot more for JW marriott! The hotel is wearing out, the room is a little too old fashioned, can tell that it s a 5 star hotel 10 years ago, but the asthetics don t apply anymore and makes it a little creepy to be honest. Service is good for sure, and location is excellent. However, I am expecting something much more modern for this price
