The buffet at JWCafe was really nice, however we were eating for the first round and we were constantly reminded of the time limit one hour within closing.

I and my wife stayed at the hotel for 7 nights in late September/early October.
The Staff are excellent and very professional and especially Steven Lo - Suite and Executive level manager. He's an employee every 5 stars hotel would love to have. He's extremely pleasant, hard working ( the way he worked in the executive lounge really set such high bar for his team to follow ).

The food in the lounge is ONE of the best I ever had in any execute lounge.

Location is excellent - an oasis in such frantic pace such HK.

I highly recommend the hotel and I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I visit HK again.

Convenient transportation, catering and food first class, is perfect

lunch buffet at the lounge... the salad bar is nice..

Dozens of days, old hotels will always maintain a high standard of service, early to Hong Kong, let you check in at 11 o'clock in the morning

Helpful and friendly staff that followed up on all requests we made. Room service was delicious with authentic regional recipes and promptly delivered. Nice vistas from higher floor rooms, and every room has at least two walls of windows. Walking distance to large shipping mall which is on the lower levels. About 30min drive from HKG

A very convenient place for friends and family gathering. Nice food, nice place, nice view.

On the 5th floor, the cafe buffet lunch, cold goods and good food, but the hot goods, especially the sliced duck is very popular. Ice cream is HaagenDazs

A true seven star hotel. Basement is metro railway station. The complimentary breakfast were awesome. Staff's were extremely well behaved and helpfull. Free WiFi. Transport 24*7. One hour distance from airport. A life time experience of mine.
