A bit older hotel, needs a brush up. Service is great, food as well. The rooms as mentioned a bit old. The prices are rather high for what it offers. The pool area rather small and the gym is ok.

We are going to have a big event on 13th May 2018.since last Sunday is my 1st visit this Hotel really amazing.a high class hotel with beautiful view,shopping mall and hong Kong botanical garden was nearby.
So completely recommended for you to stay and enjoy your time with family.

Use Sunday brunch. All-you-can-drink champagne plan from 11:00 to 14:00. The food level is also high (three caviars, etc.), a very dangerous place. I want to go there again!

The service is good. The reception of the front desk and the bell desk feels comfortable, and the feeling of detecting the customers is transmitted. Disadvantages I would like to expect future upgrades in the future when television has SD quality. The good point is the good response of the staff. The facilities may be a bit old, but the management was well kept and impressed. The gym was under construction around May 2019, and I was given a temporary gym, but here the staff was kind and the drinks were good, and I had a pleasant time. Good service. Good service. Experienced heart break service at the reception and bell desk. All crews are friendly and provided to me professional service. I look forward to staying at this hotel again.

From the subway, it's easy to get to the bottom floor of Pacific Place / Takoyakoba (the floor connected to the subway) and then go to the front desk and rooms with the hotel's private elevator. In the air-conditioned room, the cold toilet seat is negative. Of course not a washlet.

Location is here the key. From all Marriotts i have been in the service is not that good. You get the feeling you are a walking credit card.

We stayed for 4 nights just before our wedding - a bit dated inside but still very clean, well maintained and location is excellent near business central and trendy Wanchai. Housekeeping were thoughtful in arranging bathroom / desk items.

The buffet is well known at the 5f cafe. I also like the restaurant fish bar and flint inside. The weekend brunch of flint is very nice

The staff are friendly and have everything you need including room amenities and swimming pool showers. Poolside pool bar is also good. Mid-level escalators and Victoria Peak access are great. Especially close to bus stop 15, so we had easy access to the Victoria Peak.

The staff is top notch, beauty, comfort, everything is perfect.

Smart and upmarket hotel. Has a quality feel with excellent staff service and good facilities. Lovely swimming pool too. The rooms are a very good size for HK and the beds are extremely comfortable. I love staying here.

Located in Admiralty, and accessible through the Pacific Place shopping mall, the JW Marriott offers luxurious common spaces and is lavishly decorated.
Both times I stayed, the rooms were not very big, but were cosy and in good condition. As expected, there were all the required amenities.
I once ordered room service, which was quickly delivered. Food was very well prepared, and tasty.
Staff was courteous and professional.

Beautiful hotel and a wonderfully affordable happy hour where you can gourge on cheese and a bottle of wine for under 40hkd.

Great hotel. Good service. Had a wonderful night drinking with friends at Bar Q88. There was a life band that night that added to a very joyful night. Easy access to the Pacific Place Mall.

Newly renovated, the place is gorgeous and the food is excellent. (price is high)

a superb hotel in many ways. their Chinese restaurant man ho. fine dining flint grill. fish and chips restaurant n bar fish bar serve great food with friendly services. their lobby lounge serve a variety of happy hour drinks with live music daily. conveniently located with all the facilities ud expect in a 5 star hotel. awesome!

The hotel itself is nice as any 5 star hotel should be, stayed in club level room, here are the pros and cons
Pros: location is great, connects into Pacific place, admiralty MTR, very convenient
Cons: service in the executive lounge is sub par, servers are bit grumpy. But the guys at breakfast were great, taking orders for eggs and bringing them to our table etc.
Interior is a bit dated, but they were renovating while we stayed.
Afternoon tea at the lounge was limited (comparing to other hotels in the area)

There are a lot of places to be connected by stairs, especially when the food is taken from the buffet. It is not willing to be old and weak, and it is a title that is not worthy of being a superior hotel.

Good location, great breakfast. The rooms are a bit small and dated compared to the Grand Hyatt or Shangri-La

The food standard is very high cost, there are fresh lobster bread, crab and prawns and other expensive seafood, hot food, abalone, rubber, sea cucumber, sliced duck, etc. are very good, the fish sushi, shajin dessert level is higher than the general price hotel restaurant, specific Credit cards also have discounts, and you can also choose to store on Asia Miles.

First of all, I want to say that this hotel gives me a perfect impression!
The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the subway and the bus. There is also an airport shuttle bus. The room is high and the view is good. The room is larger than most Hong Kong hotel rooms. The bathroom is dry and wet, the spare parts are very good, and the room is clean and tidy. There are a lot of teas and coffees available!
1.Chen-In counter staff are very kind, have a smile when interacting with the guests, Chinese speaks well, there is no sense of indifference of Taiwanese staff.
2. I asked questions at the restaurant, but the problem of the housekeeping department was not affiliated with the employee (he was the hotel guide), but he took us to Concierge and asked if the problem was solved when I met me the next day. And he has already answered, Marriott staff will not know how to answer, they don't care, employees will go looking for answers, and they remember the face of the guests, and care about the guests again.
3. I asked the doorman about the problem of the airport MRT shuttle bus. When I was ready to check out the next day, I took the baggage out of the elevator and went to help us with the baggage. Please take us to the sofa area for rest and the shuttle bus arrived. We will inform us and help us to put our luggage on the shuttle bus.
The staff at the Marriott Hotel are friendly and attentive, and have a better experience than other hotels!

Business meeting place for regional forum. F&B not generous with speakers and delegates left without dimsum snacks and Nespresso machines failing during coffee breaks. Lunch service was better but inadequate seating and tables. Menu was sparse compared to other regional events. A 3 star treatment in very expensive HK Admiralty location.

I am always thankful to the friendly, kind, English-speaking and competent staff. The dishes are also very delicious. Since it was a hotel built in the 80's, the rooms are a bit older than others. However, the steady state of renovation is better than I thought. The MTR Admiralty Station and Pacific Place also have good transportation. I go to Hong Kong every time.

Watch the trams go by from Bar Q88; live music in the evenings.

This is a tensed time in Hong Kong, but I had a very good stay in this hotel, the staff always provided me timely news about the safe areas where to go, about where not to go. The room was comfortable. Very good service. Good breakfast.

A top-notch hotel and talented staff about a 30 min and HK$350 taxi ride from HK airport. About 15-20 min walk from everything in Central, including Star Ferry terminal. Outstanding breakfast buffet for a pricey HK$300+.

Food is so-so for their buffet. Take note some table are not very well air conditioned.

The security guard is doing very well and the guest is very safe.
Service and food are maintained at an international level.
The only thing that is a car pick-up is not convenient because it can't stay, it's very inconvenient to circle.

Wow. What an amazing hotel with fantastic service. The JW Lounge is amazing if you are a Gold or Platinum Marriott Member. Very centrally located

Very good hotel in HK, I stay in 7 nights w my daughter for 2017 Summer vacation, MTR station at basement transport very convenience.
However, the wording on the attitude of the female staff in the gymroom is expected to improve.Because I did not have time to visit the hotel and take pictures during the last day, when entering the gymrooms concierge asking if the pool is on this floor? She asks if I am a hotel guest? Almost want me to show room card! I feel a little offended! Although I'm wearing T-shirt & shorts

Good quality hotel.... the service is amazing... pricey... breakfast is great... Lounge can get a bit pack during breakfast... 5 mins walk to the MTR and you are never 4 stops away from the popular stations - Mongkok... Causeway bay.. Hong Kong... Ocean Park...

Beautiful hotel very nice, modern and elegant. Breakfast very varied and very good both continental and Chinese. Well-equipped 24-hour health center. Outdoor pool with bar and SPA. Recommended

This is one of my favorite hotels in Hong Kong. All the food is amazing, I highly recommend the fish bar or the Flint Grill and bar. The rooms are really nice too!

The Chinese restaurant is elegantly decorated. Service is serious. Good cooking.

The location is great, the facilities are good and the room is good.
However, it was surprising that the hotel staff of such luxury hotels were not good at English.

Ideal HK hotel. Location is Central, close to MTR. Service is top-notch.
