Up class 5-star plus hotel in the center of Hong Kong.

We had lunch at the Chinese Restaurant. Food is good and the price fits the ambiance and location of the restaurant.

Tonight we come here to celebrate the birthday of my mother-in-law. Food is excellent with large variety.

Love the view. Very cooperative staff and they actually have veg options.

A 5 star hotel in an excellent location. Service is impeccable - I had mistakenly booked for the wrong night and the booking was supposed to be non-refundable. A conversation with the front desk and 15 minutes later, I was booked for the correct night and my previous booking canceled with no charges.

Located in Admiralty, a 5-star hotel with a famous buffet JW CAFE. Often full, come and try.

Outstanding service and great location, easy access to mtr, convenient to shops, grocery, restaurants. Great restaurants in local wan chai area as well. Hotel is pristine and great views available.

In the expensive place, the cp value is not high, there is a parade every week.

The lunch buffet in JW Cafe is good in quality and the price setting. Worth to give a 4 stars rating.

Excellent interior over 35 floors of well apppinted rooms and suites with a very good executive lounge serving great food and beverages so much choice and great service.

The hotel feels new and the service is excellent well worth a visit and only 40 minutes from the airport, would highly recommend

I loved its location, my room was beautiful, the service not only met the expectations of high-quality hotels, but also better than all other high-end hotels. The staff is multi-lingual and impressive, and also likes the mall that walks next door.

Non-smoking room Worst service where the person who reserved the room was sent to a cigarette smelling room and waited for about an hour. It's also a waste of stars. Really lacking service spirit.

The location is close to the Admiralty MTR station, the transportation is convenient, the food quality is very good, and the waiter service is also very good!

Great location and connected to MRT. Traveling around was super easy. The hotel is also connected to a shoppign mall, which is very convenient. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance!

Outstanding executive lounge and nice rooms with great views.

Talk about great services, from the moment you walked in. My family and I stayed in the executive suite upgrade,the staff treat you just as that (an executive). We've have stayed in many Marriotts' before but this one took our breath away. Am sure there's more Marriott will give the top of the line service's. You need to try the Buffett @ the cafe at least once. Yummy!!!

This is my favourite hotel in the entire world. The rooms are beautiful, service is great without being overbearing, the breakfast selection is amazing, and the pool is lovely to sit by on a sunny day.

We had lunch at the Chinese restaurant and it wad superb. We had a mixture of dimsum and wok fried dishes and overall taste, decor, and comfort were at a very high level.

Lunch buffet has a small selection of foods, but the quality is high, and there are additional discounts on HSBC and Hang Seng Bank credit cards, which are worth eating.

Nice and near the shopping mall . Easy going especially the train station.

Would have been five stars if not for the trouble of checking in and not getting offered the room we booked. Took long time to get what I booked. Supposedly room choice is not guaranteed... Wow, how is that possible?!?

The average buffet of four hundred mosquitoes is not picky.

Has access to MTR (subway) as well as being connected to a mall (although more pricey than other areas in Hong Kong).

I went to the cafe on the 5th floor for tea buffet only. The food was fantastic, service was also above the bar. The only thing was my favourite food there wasn't served on this occasion, which was a baked chasiu bun. The Chinese soup served there was particularly tasty I had around 10 bows of it lol.

Eat for the third time~ Chinese and Western cuisine is good for the party

Great views of the city that never sleeps, good hospotality, 6PM is tea time! Great selection, comfy beds, there are some resturants inside the hotel and the hotel also conncets to a mall that has several shopping stores and resturants, walking distance from several bus stops and a MTR station

Great hotel and great bar. Rooms offer a superior view on the harbour. Staff is welcoming and helpful, did not have any issue during my stay. I suggest to try the bars of the hotel: cocktails are great and served with high attention to details, cost is standard for Hong Kong (100-150 HKD), which makes it worth a visit. I recommend their mulled wine as well if visiting during winter time, definetly the best I had. Tea snack selection is wide and can be enjoyed while staying at a nice view. Overall recommended for anyone visiting Hong Kong. Many residents stop by as well to enjoy the food

Great as usual. Rooms have an outdated ac controller. Rest is impeccable as you would expect from this place.

The service is impeccable. Standards are set very high for the staff to which they exceed these standards. They are always caring for your well being and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are spacious and restaurants and executive lounge provide exquisite meals throughout. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Rather old and worn. It was top of its class in 1989 but desperately needs a refresh.

These guys are best, Joe walked me through the protests to a safe place to get a taxi to the airport. Fantastic customer service. The hotel is also the very best in HK.

The hotel is adjacent to a subway station and a large shopping mall. There are many restaurants nearby, and shopping and dining are very convenient.

Convenient transportation, old hotel facilities, general service, catering, and small suites.

Truly exceptional experience. Excellent Executive Lounge. As a Marriott Platinum Elite member I was treated with a room a great ocean view. Housekeeping was on point with refilling toiletries through out the day. Hotel has direct access to Pacific Place mall, a very high end shopping experience. MTR access in the basement. Bridge to tram.

The environments have been good elegant and the location has been perfect to each of the visitor from different countries.
