Tried the porridge there.... nice presentation but taste not fantastic.

Everything at the JW Marriott exudes quality. The check-in process was smooth, the rooms are very spacious with many useful amenities such as power outlet adapters, complimentary water, and a nice Bose alarm clock to name a few. The staff here is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Was upgrade to a lower floor harbour view suite which was also. the bathroom had a nice shower and an awesome whirlpool. Outdoor swimming pool on the 5th floor has a fantastic HK Island view, a restaurant and a separate bar. Best JW Marriott I've stayed in .

Also, the booking is troublesome, the best convenient D

This is a high end Marriott. It's a bit old but still quite nice. It's conveniently located above Pacific Place shopping center so there's lots of options for food and shopping if you're bored.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. It was very nice to have fruit in the room free of charge.

Grew up staying here. Never disappoints. My favorite hotel the world. It really doesn't get much better than this.

Great hotel if you are looking to stay on the Hong Kong Island. Clean out door pool and patio. Perfect location for shopping as well.

Afternoon buffet was terrible. Just had 4 choices for sushi and not fresh at all. Even salad was not fresh. Overall hygeine was not as expected as 5 star hotel, and there was nothing to eat. Food quality was also not good and felt like was in cheap condominum for very light breakfast. Will not come for food anymore.

Excellent hotel. Well located, good services and, of course, good restaurants. Not enough, to be perfect, it is attached to a mall. Perfect choice.

A very good hotel. The service is excellence. The room size is big. Latin is also convenient. Below is the shopping centre and the MTR is nearby.

Clean, more wild food, fresh seafood, but before the lobster has three foods, it is very big now, before the prawn, now left. Good taste, good price, will eat again

Great service. Some staff do not speak mandarin or cantonese, only English but not a problem for me.

Especially the concierge doorkeeping service is particularly good.
It would be better if it could improve the visitor's car stop.

The room was extremely comfortable and spacious with excellent views of the area around the hotel. Service was polite and prompt, and our housekeeper, Jenny, was truly wonderful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was decent, close enough to everything, but the mall is hard to leave, and we often wondered around trying to find an exit on the correct street.

The bed is relatively large in HK, and can also be used for extra beds.

Enjoy a midday buffet. The food is good. It is just a step-by-step reduction and tightening of the customer's offers. For example, in the past, when you check out, you can use your family member's membership card. If the cardholder is not present, you can use it today, but today it is not allowed!

Service is top notch as expected. Hotel is in a great location just above the Admiralty Station. Within walking distance of the HK convention and exhibition center.

Great location. Great service from all the staff and they speak good English. There view if there harbor is nice. The rooms show some age though as they are somewhat old and have not been renovated. The room size is decent given how expensive real estate is in Hong Kong.

Amazing hotel in the middle of the bustling city .. JW HK is located in admiralty and is very well connected to the metro and the malls .. the hotel has great dining options especially they JW cafe and the seafood restaurant at the pool level ( must try) the rooms are spacious try and get a harbour facing room they have great views ! The staff is really attentive and extremely genuine in pleasing u , a few staff members cannot speak English but they will try their best to provide u the service . Do take the executive lounge option while booking as they have a great spread in the evening with good selection of wines and whiskey .. I stayed there for 10 days and had an amazing time !!

The fish is still fresh. The gum is poor. Desserts are OK.

The food is good, the variety is also very good, the dessert is very good, the sitting is comfortable, the environment is beautiful, the staff is warm and courteous, and the price is not too expensive, it is easy to accept.

All the staff, including the reception, bellboy and housekeeping, had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
