Smallest possible rooms, probably! If not the size of the rooms, a perfect place to stay.
Fabulous location! Awesome staff! Lots of thanks for the front desk girls (Special thanks to Ms. Nonie, sorry if I misspelled the name) to have provided some of the coolest macrons for my son as a surprise!
Lovely experience with the Pacific Mall attached to the hotel and tell MTR connection. More over the shuttle bus to the Airport Express makes it so convenient!
Thank you guys! Will come back!!!

Service attitude Environment Food quality Great value for money Remarks: Afternoon tea buffet from 15:30-18:00. Food choices are [exquisite], and food is served quickly. Many choices of desserts. Book with eatigo for more discounts.
Phenomenal location, great service of the JW Marriott and killer views all combine very well in this one. We love it and stay here every time we visit Hong Kong n
It s very convenient. It s connected to the shopping mall on the ground floor. There are many restaurants nearby, The supermarket is only 3 minutes away.
The room is big enough and comfortable, The bathroom is also very large, separated from wet and dry, The room is very big, The complimentary jasmine tea is really amazing.
There is a faint jasmine fragrance, Very smooth, Very natural fragrance.
Overall, the environment and comfort are pretty good.
Unexpectedly, the quilt and pillow were so soft that they could sleep well. There is no sore neck, which is rare.
Breakfast, really good service, after ordering, we will deliver it to you, Clean, many kinds, Noodles, omelette, good quality, The whole honeycomb, honey, I love,
Strawberries, so many, Now make juice, just the right amount.
Also, little sausage, it s really unexpected, Have eaten so much, the breakfast sausage of the restaurant, JW s, cooked just right, Bite it down, juicy, tender, scared to death.
Coffee, no time to study, Drank a lot of glasses, The service is really good and polite.
Can't get better than this. Not to mention that a luxury hotel has to offer certain level of services, JW provided great services during the whole time of my stay. Staffs were phenomenal, location is great, and the room was very comfortable to make my trip memorable. I definitely visit again.
I stay here one week during Chinese New Year 2019. Have a great stay. Excellent location, easy access to MTR Admiralty station. Excellent facilities, my room were spotless and attentive staff. Love it here.
Old hotel without remodeling, location? Well, we never thought that being in the best shopping area we were going to get stuck in the hotel without being able to leave due to street protests, fires, screams and the very expensive hotel, the worst experience is going to Hong Kong right now and Not to mention going to the airport.
The 2 star rating is about the cafe at the Lounge. We had a lunch buffet on the first day of Chinese new year.
Buffet is arranged in a non-standard way that half the time you were told that you've picked up the wrong bowls or plates. E.g. instead of using plate to pick up your salad, you are supposed to put the salad into a heavy glass bowl (less practical for kids and seniors) and then give it to the staff to mix it in a big mixing bowl with your choice of dressing. The staff will use a clean mixing bowl each time to mix the salad for you though it creates massive amount of washing up. Not exactly environment friendly consider there's not much benefit of having their staff to mix my salad.
Buffet basically includes salad (staff served), curry, noodle bar (cook by staff), soup, dim sum and dessert. No other Asian or western dishes. No roasted meat. Abalone noodle costs extra.
Once again, me, my family and relatives picked up the wrong bowls for noodle ingredients. Buffet that needs instructions from staff both waste the staff's time and displeased customers. It shouts poor design if your staff have to explain to most customers how things work.
To add to the experience, the lion dance for CNY is good though we can hear the drumming no matter the lion was in our restaurant or not. We could hear them clearly even when the lions were dancing in other restaurants of the hotel. The noise went on and off for an hour making it almost impossible to chat.
Convenient transportation at Pacific Place in Admiralty, buffet dinner with a wide variety of food and quality. 10% off on designated credit cards from Monday to Thursday (15% off), HK$700 per person
Pleasant atmosphere, food preparation and display seem to be acceptable except for the cheese which needs a cover as flies are seen hovering and loitering on it.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of light, and nice views, especially worthy of praise. AYS, very good personal service, complimentary breakfast is very rich....delicious
My family stayed here during our family vacation to HK in June 1991. The Marriott is built directly above a high end mall that contains Seibu Department Store. At that time this hotel was probably the tallest building on the HK island. I am sure it has been thoroughly renovated since then but it rivaled the Raffles Hotel.
Rooms are a little old and showing age but the hotel itself is of great location. The executive lounge is great if you can manage to access it. Very convenient located being connected to the mall.
how can i describe the hotel and staff that comfortably accommodate me and my family for the last 24 years? Yes! since 1996 we go to the minimum 4 times a year to work in Hong Kong and the JW Marriot was our choice. Price and location are important, but the incredible service from the team has always exceeded any expectations.
Always come here for buffets , coffee and tea! I would say teams in this establishment are well trained and professional.catering does standard and good job on food quality . Floor operation is always friendly and positive. I never leave this hotel with complaints. Keep it up
Hotel has best location and good staff services. But need to pay extra attention to details to meet 5 star standard and its charge.
I never seen Chinese soy sauce in their original bottle 450ml at the omelet counter from any other graded hotels. Same as the milk in their paper box from a local cheap brand. All other hotel will at least pour it into a jar and usually use imported brand for the breakfast price they charged - USD 48.
It is a eclipse lunch buffet with lobster, breaded crab, emperor crab foot, foie gras and other expensive foods, while other foods are generally about 500 yuan per person, a little sorry for the price, the price is not high.
It is very convenient to have a bus from the airport to the hotel and get off at the opposite side of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, the front desk service was very good, we found the empty room and let us CHECK IN early. In the evening, we went out very late, and we were very warm and greeted. Anyone who needed help and consultation was kindly replied. The room is not big, but there is a large view window, looking at the harbour, very comfortable.
Probably the best hotel I've been to. Very polite and attentive staff, great location if your visit is for business. Rooms with everything you need, gym and pool. I will definitely return to this hotel whenever I can.
A five-star flagship hotel of the Marriott Hotel group located above MTR Admiralty station (directly connected). As of August 2018, a room renovation is undergoing. The hotel itself opened in 1989 but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The club lounge is spacious and in the morning you can enjoy a variety of breakfast from fresh juices to some dim sum dishes. Luckily I got upgraded due to my Marriott Rewards status.
Very attentive service and very caring as well. The staff looked after all the details and assisted my friends throughout the wedding banquet. Food is alright as well.
