You can t beat the lazy river, and family friendly and adult only pools. Great place as a destination vacation, or a staycation for fun in the sun. The staff is always accommodating, and happy to help with all sort of recommendation.
Clean rooms. Lots of dining to choose from. Multiple family activities. Parking was not super convenient if you have to make multiple trips to your car.
Great, clean hotel. The public restrooms have to be amongst the cleanest I've ever visited! The hotel room was clean. Amenities were nice; the in room Internet TV was great! You can connect to your personal accounts to YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, or others, or you can connect the TV to your own device via hdmi cable.
Room faced the courtyard, it was a great view. It was very nice in the early morning. They had some tranquil music going, like Spa Songs - Greatest Hits. It was unexpected, but pleasant.
Had dinner at the Meritage. It was tasty but over priced.
Side note - resort fees are currently $35/night.
Great place to stay in Scottsdale. They have everything her efor all ages.
We stayed at the Marriott on our wedding night. We has a lovely room, ordered room service, and walked the grounds. It was beautiful and they know how to treat guests well!

This place is a gem, definitely worth the the taxi trip. It is a busy spot and I wouldn't try going to this place without a reservation. The place is a charming little restaurant, it might hold more people. The owner greeted us upon arrival. It was almost like going to someone's house.

Very nicely appointed but a little confusing to navigate. I attended a conference here and found the hotel signage was minimal, making it harder to figure out how to get where I needed to go. There restaurants and lobby bar are excellent, with friendly and highly competent staff. I did not use the pool or lazy river.

Only here for business meetings, but the conference rooms are large and the food quite good.
Really beautiful & comfortable resort hotel. Just sorry that I chose valet parking thinking it would be covered - instead the car was returned hot and dirty. More should be done for the cost of valet parking at $30 a night!

Great pool area! A little weird there's a reservation section in the prime area that is sold out before the day begins. Lots of things to keep the kids busy, so great for families or kids at heart. Happy hour in the lobby bar has great prices on lots of options. Rooms aren't the most amazing thing you've ever seen, but there's so much to do you shouldn't be in your room anyway.

Great Resort for a business conference. Room are clean and quiet. Food catering by JW Marriott was amazing. The Desert Ridge market place is within walking distance or take the shuttle.
Business wise, this the best hotel in terms of service.

Beautiful property, and great place to come for a meal as a local However beware Christmas decor as an attraction it is very minimal we turned around and left immediately. My warning comes as as soon as the public parking gate goes up you spent $8 even if you turn around and leave right away!

Roy's restaurant was a disappointment this time; lobster soup was just ok, hamburger was ok, upside-down cake was dry, but lobster potstickers were very good.

Loved our room, the folks who work there, our Massage, - Heidi was amazing, our Vegan food, walks, and all the beauty. Folks were very helpful with our food choices, in Roy's restaurant. This hotel has the most comfortable beds me and my wife have slept on(and we have stayed at many hotels all over the world). The cordiality of the staff definitely merits the hotel five star rating. The landscaping is very beautiful, very varied, but not cluttered. For a moment, you forget you are smack in the middle of a desert. I did not make use of the spa...but who cares...the hotel was a place of relaxation and beauty. I have posted the photos on the hotel website.

I only went to marriot during the day. We start the day in the conference rooms. After lunch we had lunch outside and the food was deliciousa. After eating we entered the great hall and ended the night there.

Large convention facilities makes broadsoft connections easier to navigate. Private meeting facilities are easy to find and friendly, helpful staff make it a pleasure to be here
The kept telling me I needed to keep moving my car while I waited for my friend to come outside, I explained to the attendant that I was having car issues and I'd have to go around to re-park the way he wanted me too cause my car wouldnt go into reverse... I ended up having to push my car a quarter of a mile in the petsmart center and take a bus 25 miles home... not a good day and no compassion from any social elite snooty people... thank god I never have to associate with those people again

Company had its annual user conference here. The hotel and staff were stellar. If you need something just ask. Very nice resort and great accommodations. I would review the restaurants separately. Food is pricy but generally good. If you travel for business I would suggest a power strip or extension cord. HDMI connection is available for the massive LCD TV but a longer cable would have been nice.
It looks like a very large and nice resort, but we just stopped by to pick up a rental car. Hertz agent was great.

Stayed here for a conference for 5 nights. From the moment we stepped in the door the service was fantastic. The rooms here were comfortable with all refreshed TV s, and modern bathrooms. This hotel offers a lot of amenities as well, a must is the lazy river with pool side bar service. If you are into fitness there are 5 peloton machines for free. If you are looking for a relaxing day check out the spa with its own pool, sauna, and steam room. There are a lot of on property restaurants but only the Stonegrill is open for breakfast, but there is a Starbucks on property!
Golf course was in great shape for the time of year.

Everyone on staff, from the valets greeting guests outside to the spa, housekeeping, and grounds keeping personnel, were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond their duty to make our group feel welcome.
The steak was overcooked and the audio visual setup had lots of issues.
Good music, wine and foods while still able to hold a conversation. Love it.

A huge resort covering a large area. I attended a symposium in the grand ballroom. Very nice place for conferences. Directions are quite clear to understand due to the signs posted. Lots of parking available. And the food served was good as well.
Beautiful place, especially around the holidays. The tree and decor puts me in the Christmas spirit. We only live 30 minutes away, but this is a fantastic and relaxing weekend getaway for my husband and I. The staff is beyond helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, well decorated and spacious.
