Hotel overpriced in the price of rooms Old furniture and a busy reception Receptionist supervisor of the reception staff must take his role intensive in the service of the guests and honestly I advise one was a very bad experience

The atmosphere is superb and the service is excellent

Nice hotel, great steak house. Location is good for being close to the airport and avoiding traffic if you're not going to central Cairo, otherwise the location and access to hotel is a bit awkward.

One of the most beautiful hotels on my heart is a good reception and a rest issued with guests or visitors to it and there is the most beautiful and the most beautiful Italian restaurant and the most beautiful indoor gym with a heated swimming pool and a sauna and a cold water pool is an excellent hotel

Close to the airport. Good service and friendly staff. Has a few good bars and restaurants on the ground floor.

Very good hotel location but old and food is not the best

A five-star hotel in the sense of cleanliness, splendor, and true comfort
His disadvantage is that the bathrooms in the rooms do not have water sinks, but the public corridors bathroom in the hotel has Egyptian water sinks normally
The internet service is not free and very expensive and it has a special room for internet services. I don t know why
What astonished me is that I found in my room some people, a boy and two girls, who entered by mistake, I don't know how they got the same private key for our room!
They locked themselves inside and kept knocking on the door for a long time, until they opened the door and went out knowing that they are in a room that is not theirs!
But it is a high class hotel after all

Very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend this as I would stay here again. We came during the off season in November and it was not busy at all so it made for a nice relaxing and quiet stay. There was a good variety of places to eat. The only drawback is that it's out close to the airport and as such is quite a distance from most of the attractions. Getting downtown can be a long journey during busy times.

The hotel is more than wonderful but the Zamalek branch is the best in terms of design

In the middle of crazy Cairo life, it's great to know that a sandy beach and pleasant getaway is just minutes away!

Terrible rooms , terrible service . Overcharged .
My sister had her wedding at the jw Marriott Heliopolis when she and the guests had problems with the staff & supervisors every day . in particular with the wedding organizer by the name of Reham . The wedding cake was the wrong one ; it looked like a cement block . At checkout they wanted to overcharge us and we were there for two hours arguing with them . At one point one of us nearly fainted . They started to apologize .
I will never go there again and I shall tell all my friends not to go. The rooms were small smelly and when we asked them to change to a suit they refused . Eventually we spoke to the manger and he agreed . We just came from the airport and we were exhausted .
Worst experience ever .

My room.overlooked the lake and the one side of the golf course. The Sunrise was amazing. A couple had a wedding down at the garden overlooking my balcony and the photoshoot kept me entertained. The restaurant although with not so a wide variety was great.
Please note they make you sign for the breakfast bill even when you are BnB, which because of language barrier thought they wanted to bill my room twice, which was annoying at first.
Waiters speak not so fluent English so sometimes we were lost on the argument on why i should sign a bill and them trying to explain its just to confirm how may peole show up for breakfast on my account.

I was impressed by the place yet the service was very poor , I was invited to a very big wedding ..i didn't try the restaurants yet

Great hotel, excellent breakfast spread and knowledgeable staff but pricey. Stayed here 5 days, has a nice pool plus gym with Shuttles to the nearby mall so no complaints about the hotel.
It's by the airport but you can use UBER to get around the rest of the city without any issues just make sure to get a simple card to use in the country.
Definitely will return.
