A huge drop in the place, was very elegant place with elegant staff. It became just a cafe!!! ,but prices are still elegant :))

The place is nice with lots of excellent facilities, I have really enjoyed my stay there. The only issue is that the food options are relatively limited especially in room service.

I spent 2 nights here but did not have time to take advantage of the facilities. First night I had room with view of pool area. 2nd night I had a room with view of golf course. When you enter the room, there is a welcome message with your name on tv monitor. There is also a welcome note/chocolate on the bed. . One night I returned to the hotel after dinner, they had live music!! Unfortunately the band was singing the last song of the night which happened to be one of my favorite songs No Woman No Cry .

3 gentlemen went @ midnight checked plateau and was advised from the waiter that last order is half an hour after midnight and spoke about min charge 200 EGP with tax will be 265 EGP !!!! It is completely unacceptable that we still doing this kind of customer provocation in such places!

A luxurious hotel in a white new deloveped city , probably one of few which has an indoor pool plus outdoor and has a free shuttle to Cairo airport and almost all you need in a hotel .

Luxurious hotel with spacious walking areas, gardens, pools, water fountains .. Mandara spa became an addiction to my husband .. not far from the airport

Terrible food apart from that the hotel is really nice

The restaurant is over-priced and has a great variety of food and fruit

The swimming pool is very large and the most important thing is its excellent cleanness

There is a respectful jockey and a dh alone is a five-star reason for my vacancy

Room rates I think are suitable compared to other hotels of the same standard

Great hotel for business. The asian restaurant is fantastic with smiley chef

Cucina is a great choice for delicious Italian food. Good service, but can be a little more friendly.

Recommended for business travellers , very close from the airport.

Not best experience for a top brand hotel. Poor quality of food. Poor cooking and presentation. Poor service. Did not enjoy getting sick. Couldn't sleep one night mid week due to loud wedding. Will reconsider staying here in future vs other better hotels. I don't think they put their guests first.

A luxury hotel. And a fantastic hall. Very unique chief

The food was just Ok . The service and atmosphere are nice . I prefer the Italian restaurant food at the Royal Maxium Kempinski Cairo also know as Luca . I am not saying that the experience is bad but as a frequent guest I would say they used to be much better. Lack of menu innovation, dull menu , sea food is a disaster , pasta and pizza are fine . This restaurant needs a radical change .

An enchanting place where quietness and psychological comfort

Everything looks great, however i was not impressed with the level of service, not getting enough value for the amount of money spent that would make you say yeah that was worth it.
