Great Place, amazing facility and not far from Cairo airport.

The pool area is enjoyable and safe for children

Great place to relax and pamper yourself. Their massage is on spot. Heated pool is the best especially in winter. Swimming from outdoor to indoors is a lot of fun.

I will share my In Room dining story which sums up the whole experience! Step 1, the menu: full of typos and mistakes like herbed vegetbales and over roasted tomato ... (attached a photo) with a vegetarian icon beside the hearty chicken broth or brotn as it was written... Step 2, the food: so I ordered the healthy dinner item, and this is what I got: a very small cup of vegetables as salad (without sauce) that I couldn t eat, a small soup, and a sandwich they have called grilled vegetables sandwich, and turned out to be a cheese sandwich, with 2 full peppers and mayo. It was one of the most disgusting sandwiches I ve tasted. Beside it, there was a bowl of french fries, cold, but I was so hungry, my healthy dinner turned out to be cold french fries with ketchup. Btw, I stayed in the room by the pool, such an old, ugly room with an OK view.

1- The hotel looks great inside and out
2- But the way I dealt with it was severe in a strange way that bothered me
3- To enter the place:
The highway is very close to the gate
So much so, that I was liable to make an accident to get in

Attentive and friendly staff, excellent rooms, great facility, many food options. Highly recommended.
