Very good hotel, deserves a 5 stars ranking.

Very good hotel, deserves a 5 stars ranking.
Very big pools, the sandy pool is excellent, kids areas and kids pool with sliders.
Gardens are well maintained.
Rooms are big enough and very clean.
Staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and very professional.
Breakfast was excellent.
Didn't try dinner.
Highly recommended

We had technical issue with our room's electricity and we called for an engineer twice and they never sent us anyone. Also, the mattress of the bed is super hard that we woke up with back pain definitely not up to standards to expected any hotel experience

Loved this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped us navigate the busy city. Beautiful Indoor and outdoor pools. Main reason we chose it however was the outdoor slide and wave pool which were both closed the 4 days we were there.

Full service resort on par or above the luxury of resorts in Dubai, with far better weather, a wider variety of fresh chef prepared foods, and more excursions and historic treasures to discover than the short list of 'to dos' found in many other destinations..

Fantastic location and great appealing landscape however the rooms need serious updating and modernized
Most of amenities were worn out.
Reception staff seemed confused and unable to process the check in on the arrival.
Although it is during COVID-19 circumstances the measures in place are fairly decent several people walking around the lobby and cafe area without mask or wearing the mask under their noses.
Staff absconding from interaction with guests, having to ask for the same request several times it shows lack of caring for a guest.
Overall a lackluster experience for a famed JW Marriott property which boast about it's outstanding standards and luxury.

Renaissance day JW Marriott stayed for a day. JW is better in terms of cleanliness, facilities and atmosphere. I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the locker room. Please note that bathing suits are available with the sauna. Hotel Massage is 50,000 won, which is quite expensive. 5 minutes by taxi. On the 1st floor of Miramemol, it is about 250LE for 50 minutes of body massage at sultan hammam. I recommend clean and strong. Please note that male and female admission times are different.
