Terrible rooms , terrible service . Overcharged .
My sister had her wedding at the jw Marriott Heliopolis when she and the guests had problems with the staff & supervisors every day . in particular with the wedding organizer by the name of Reham . The wedding cake was the wrong one ; it looked like a cement block . At checkout they wanted to overcharge us and we were there for two hours arguing with them . At one point one of us nearly fainted . They started to apologize .
I will never go there again and I shall tell all my friends not to go. The rooms were small smelly and when we asked them to change to a suit they refused . Eventually we spoke to the manger and he agreed . We just came from the airport and we were exhausted .
Worst experience ever .
