I only attended a meeting in it, but doesn't look as amazing as I expected
JW Marriott Hotel is fantastic to stay and enjoy vacation or business.
Very upscale place nice pools but avoid holidays it's packed
One of the best and luxury hotels in Cairo. Design and decoration is fantastic. Staff are very friendly. It has very nice views. There food is very good in quality and variety. There is a parking inside the hotel. There is a parking outside the hotel too. There are big halls for events that can bear big number of attendees.
Excellent restaurants. Highly recommend cucina for great tasting Italian food
Well, I have never seen such bad staff in a good place like this one. We happened to stay there for 2 nights with our organization and I have to say that this hotel needs to fire all his staff and hire new ones.
1- The worst thing is the club. There is a waiter called "Amgad" keeps harassing female guests. He likes to watch and even get closer with any female guest in a disgusting way. When I complained to the head of the club he didn't seem surprised, he said I will talk to him and then came telling me that he didn't know that I am with this person, like if she was alone it is fine. It is disguising.
2- Staff members keep on fighting with each other with a very loud voice front of guests. They keep acting weird everyday and insist on setting you wherever they like not wherever you like in the kitchen. Besides most of kitchen staff look very lazy and things keep fall from their hands. One of the guests asked if the juice is for extra service and the waiter told him yes, so the guest said ok thanks, the waiter said : Yes , I thought so. What a disgrace.
3- Food is terribly bad. Rice was bad, pasta was bad. I have ate the worst Pecata in their LemonGrass restaurant.
4- Really sad since this hotel was amazing before, but now this staff have ruined it. Never going back again ever and don't recommend it.
One of tge best hotels in town but little bit expensive
Expect a big, resort-style hotel in the middle of the city. Facilities wise is great - 2 pools options, plenty of space. Spa pool gets in the shade quite early in the afternoon which is a shame. Spa is good but male/female sauna, etc is separate (not ideal if you are travelling as a couple). 5 different restaurant options are good if you want to avoid leaving the hotel at night. Staff was ok but not friendly. Rate down a bit as the concierge failed to inform us there was a compliment shuttle to the pyramids the next day and advised us to book a private tour instead which felt a bit misleading. Other than that, hotel is good as you'd expect a JW Marriott to be.
This my favorite hotel in Cairo. Varieties of places for adults and kids which will make you busy all day and night. Different restaurants with different food styles. I will recommend it to everyone.
Great place very luxurious the spa is good loved my stay over there
On the ring road next to the entrance to Porto Cairo
Perfect meeting/workshop site. The Clubhouse is highly recommended for that; it includes open-air and closed options. Excellent service.
Luxury and sitting in the heritage at night is a pleasant thing
Good hotel with great facility. The price a bit pricey.
Went there for a couples massage at Mandara spa and it was such a nice experience! so relaxing and staff is very friendly. I would totally recommend it. After the massage we used the pool and the jacuzzi which was just perfect. Really recommend
Cucina, an amazing restaurant with unique ambience.
Experience, God willing, repeated and strongly advised to the grooms and any traveler for recreation will not be able to get out of the hotel for the President and the abundance of restaurants and coffees and many options for seating and privacy and agricultural facilities and golf course will never tire
Amazing place to stay, staff was very friendly, outstanding rooms and service.
This time had to change the rooms. Fifth floor had a stinky smell. No one understood what I was talking about as they are used to it. Finally was moved to rooms in 6th floor.
Nice hotel over all. Has 3 swimming pools, including an in door pool.also has a man made beach with sand and a small water park for the kids.
We go for the adventure pool, which is amazing. The hotel needs to be refurbished though and for its state is quite expensive.
Beach location is a great for activities and parties
Food food food ... is amazing.
Location is almost close to airport entrance road, it is facing 2 main active roads in Cairo, ring road & cairo-suez road. It has open golf courts inside too.
Very cozy hotel , outdoor cafe faces golf course and fountain but very expensive. They have a very great Italian restaurant
Hotel garage. With money. It is supposed to serve the place
Most wonderful hotel
However, the security personnel at the gatekeeper were extremely disrespectful and very bad
Great hospitality and location. Air is clean here.
