If I could have rated this a zero, I would have. Do not risk staying here, for you will be extremely displeased. I'm recommending that my company no longer book events here.

Conferences here are always well handled. The lunch was delicious.

Awesome! Really clean super nice staff. Obviously the price is more expensive but totally worth it. You will love it!

It's fancy. Stayed here cuz my partner had a meeting here. Otherwise I would have gone with the "regular" Marriott down the road because I'm not a fancy person lol. But I mean, the JW is nice. The AC in the room was really annoying though, loud and inconsistent, but other than that, nice experience, can't complain much. Fitness center and pool/spa are legit. Open til 11. Pretty cool. Right next to Marta so that's convenient.

Stay here if you can afford it/have it paid for by someone else, for sure.

One of my favorite hotels luxurious and modern with super customer service. The coffee shop in the lobby is quite good also.

A lot of the housekeepers were very rude and made it very uninviting!

Decent hotel but rooms have no sound proofing. I can hear every single thing in the hallway which is unfortunate. Location is great and staff has been extremely pleasant.

Absolutely terrible experience with the leadership staff of this hotel. While staying at the hotel for a conference, we had a camera stolen from our room. Come to find out, the door lock was not retracting completely and anyone could have waltzed into and had access to our valuables. The loss prevention officer witnessed the malfunction, yet neglected to put that into his report. Now, the claims department and hotel management says that it was reported the door is in proper working order and not malfunctioning It took 2 months to get to even get a call from the hotel and now I am told I was mistaken. Ridiculous. Will never stay at a Marriott again.

Per usual, the staff at JW is always top notch. Location is great for the center of Buckhead. The only ding is that the place is a little dated. It seems to need a little refresh

WONDERFUL!!! This is a beautiful hotel, and the service was impeccable! We were in Georgia to attend the Sunset Jazz festival, and from the moment we arrived until checkout, we were treated with courtesy and respect. The staff accommodated our requests promptly and were always pleasant. The Lenox Mall is right next door and is accessible through the hotel. Our entire experience was wonderful, and whenever I return to Georgia, I will stay at the JW Marriot Buckhead!!!!

Good location to take children out to blow off steam after a day on the road. Walking distance to Legoland Adventure Experience a plus. Plenty of food choices near by. Room comfortable. Rollaway bed for a child another plus. Bathroom somewhat cramped. Shower pressure adequate, could be better. Nice and quiet at night.

The greatest hotel in the Metro Atlanta area. The staff is always courteous, the rooms are always spotless , and the rates are very reasonable for the luxury that you receive here. This is always my hotel of choice. Nothing else compares.

I loved this hotel! Went for my birthday and whenever i visit buckhead this will be where i stay! The sauna pool and jacuzzi area were so beautiful. Didnt want to leave

It is in need of a much needed update. It was very difficult getting in due to mall traffic. Staff were hospitalable and professional.

Classy place and very friendly staff. Smiles everywhere and always asking if we needed help. The rooms were very clean and we had a great corner room. The beds were soft and comfortable. The room was spacious and felt new.

Location! Location! Location! I stayed here for two nights for a business meeting and it was fantastic being in the heart of Buckhead. The valet, front-desk and common spaces are all very nice and well maintained. The room was comfortable and updated with a view of the downtown skyline. But truly, the best part was having numerous nearby restaurant options to escape the people I was spending most of the day with. #Atlanta #Buckhead #Hotels

Y'all sorry for canceling peoples reservations who made them a year in advance and didn't notify them till a month before the super bowl.

I loved the time I spent at the JW Marriott. The service was phenomenal and the food was even better. I'll definitely visit again.

Seems JW likes to sneak in additional charges. No free wifi here. It is 2016, and I'm paying to stay here, so I should be able to get free wifi. Reading other reviews, others are also surprised by additional expenses. Absolutely ridiculous! No more Marriotts for me, and back to Hilton.

Just stopped in for drinks with colleagues. Nice decor, friendly valet, great bartender. Bar is lively but not overwhelming.
