Can't wait for the NYE Sol Fusion event.....Lets Party!!!!

Other than parking the facilities are great. Location is in close proximity to Lenox Mall which offers a lot of options for shopping and dining

The service at the bar was prompt and professional. The appearance of the bar was pristine.

Attended a work event. Great space. The catered meal was also fantastic.

Bad service, checking in was a hassle, rooms were never made, and food was marginal.

Room was clean, staff very friendly. My shower drain however was clogged and drained slowly. But it didn't bother me much. Otherwise great stay.

I am an admin for a department and complete travel arrangements for many. Normal practice is to request a cc authorization form however, if you are traveling for business and do not make your own arrangements understand they are not helpful. I recommend to stay at a Hilton.
