Service is bad, nobody shows up after calling Room...

Service is bad, nobody shows up after calling Room Service or House Keeping, you have to call several times.

There will always be a guy standing by the elevator and will randomly ask you which room you are staying in and upon telling the room number he will start enquiring your name and other credentials which is really annoying, and when you get mad at them they will tell you its for your security, never seen such thing anywhere in the world. Happened to me 3 times in 2 nights.

Would not prefer to stay here again.
