Everything was perfect started with a rapid and efficient check in thanks to NALEEM where we were given our room at 10am. Our room was big, clean, had enough towels and toiletries for us three and excellent tea and coffee making facilities. The breach, pool and the spa were the best I have ever been in Dubai. They even give out complimentary ice lollies at the beach. The breakfast was excellent, delicious food, beverages, venue and great staff. I particularly want to mention OLIVER and JEAN and the chef at the fruit counter. They were exceptionally friendly and wanted to make sure that we are having a good experience. We also had a free entry to Wild Wadi water park which was an extra perk!. We'de love to go back. Thank you the staff at Zabeel Saray. I am sure you work hard to make our stay special and safe as well during the pandemic.
