Jay, the service person I dealt with has always been helpful and makes sure what I came in for is noted. I have been using Sansone's to service my Kias' since 2012. My continuing to use the service is in large part due to Jay and many of the friendly and efficient staff. Keep up the good work. Thanks, Gary Megill
