I dropped off my car at 10:46am to get an oil change, tire rotation, wash and vacuum of the car. I waited until 3pm to call to check the status of my car (also texted the number provided) I was told someone would call me back which no one did. I called again at 4pm and was told my car been ready but I never received a text or call. When picking up my car I realized it was not cleaned and I never received a tire rotation. I spoke to a guy outside which then told me to go back inside and have them redo everything. I told him no I will not especially because on my paperwork it stated I was suppose to get the car wash, and my tire rotation as well. This is not the first time this has happened I was told because maybe you were in a rush. I explained I never rush when it comes to my services I put time to the side nor do I check the status of my services except for this day.
