Was out of lasagna. Everyone got sick that ate the side salad. Waiter tried really hard to make up for everything.

I was so hungry I didn t pay attention to the chicken dish I ordered. Although good but heavier than I would have liked was cooked very nice

Company in bankruptcy. Horrible experience....

I own a well-established wedding venue and have always had a positive experience with Carino's and, until tonight, had included you on our preferred vendor list. Tonight we not only removed Carino's from our preferred vendor list, but we have placed Carino's on our restricted list of vendors (meaning Carino's is no longer allowed to accept catering gigs at our venue). I now understand that both Carino's and the Franchise operator, Fired Up, are in bankruptcy. This explains the EXTRAORDINARILY poor service we received from the catering manager, Melissa, and the general manager from the Parmer/35 location. The 620 location, who always served us so well, shut down (which now seems to be a pattern, as all of the Carino's are shutting down). It appears that Carino's is in free fall and will soon be totally out of business. I was fortunate to talk to Sam at the other remaining Austin location, who was great. He has forwarded our my comments to the district manager. Unfortunately, it seems that Carino's is no more... Too sad....

This place has some fine cheap Italian food and is a good place for the fam. Our waiter was obviously high, but he did a fine job. Nothing special though.

We stopped in for an early Valentine s Day dinner and the food & service were superb. Tara was an absolute delight to have taking of us. Well be back!

1st time to this location and just wanted to give them our feed back. Our server Drew was superb and was very attentive. Food was great and too temperature. I would recommend this restaurant.

Great food! Nothing there is brought in a bag pre-made. Excellent service!

Delicious platters chocked full of ingredients (sun dried tomatoes, sauce, chicken, shrimp, etc). I frequent that location on I35 and I've never had bad service. Services are efficient, friendly and hard working.

I have never once being dissapointed by the serive and yummy food at this location. Today we were served by Isidro and his service was excellent!. I highly recommend this place.

I definitely recommend 100% the best chicken parmesan I have ever eaten.

The wine servings are huge, and they have happy hour all day every day if you sit at the bar.

Was not impressed at all. Waitress was great, restaurant was dirty, food was more bland than anything I've ever tasted......

Been here since 7:01pm, and ordered right away......they still haven't started cooking our food and it's 8:07pm right now.NEVER COMING BACK. Service has gone DOWN. Trust me, I'm not over reacting, this was just the final straw.

The food was good, but the place was dirty. We had to request our table to be wiped off. The bathroom during and early lunch was dirty.

The food was great, but the customer service was tacky and disorganized. The waiters and waitress seems as if they were not working collaboratively. Our group of approximately 20 people had to wait almost and hour and 1/2 for our main course meals. It was ridiculous.

Definitely will come back. We were contemplating going somewhere else, but Adrian convinced us to stay. We absolutely enjoyed him and the food!!

Every Monday after 4:30 family platters are half off. Get your self the spicy shrimp and chicken carbonara. It's so yummy.

Love their complementary bread. They bake it fresh and it's delicious!!!

Happy hour prices are amazing, top it off with .29 cent wings! Wow

The food is good and you can't beat the price of lunch. Our waitress was amazing and does a great job every time we go there for lunch! (Sorry I can't remember her name, but she's always working the bar when we go during lunch on Tuesdays)

We had dinner on Sunday around 5pm and were sat shortly after a table left, everyone was spaced out 6 feet or more, we had excellent service and the food came out fresh and on a timely manner. A hostess was going by tables and sanitizing tables and chairs!! We will be coming back again soon !

Their spaghetti and meatballs are delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and courteous. They are using social distancing and the wait staff wear masks. There were 7 if us and 4 sat at a table and 3 at a booth. But we were close enough to carry on a conversation.

This place is amazing. Stopped by to have lunch and the waiter was very attentive to us. All the staff are so wonderful and it was a pleasant environment. I will definitely come here again very soon. The food was so delicious too.

Not quite the family fare they claim to be. Service wasn't great either.They completely forgot about the kids' food and came out by the time we were done.Not coming back!

CHICKEN WING CRAZY!
We had a hankering to get Italian food on a Monday night. Where else to go but Carino's for 'half off' Family Platters! The food service was great as usual. Since we eat early and there are only two of us, we usually dine in the bar area and take advantage of Happy Hour drink specials.

The STAND OUT was the Happy Hour menu which included chicken wings (at an Italian restaurant?!?!?!). Being Wingavors (and thinking, 'what the heck....'), we ordered the chicken wings (buffalo hot; Note: there are several other dry and sauce flavors). As usual, we were very specific in our order to prepare the wings 'super extra' crispy (no rubber), lightly sauced, but with extra sauce on the side. Note: from our perspective, if the wings do not arrive as ordered, we will not return to a wing eatery.

Our jaws dropped, when the wings arrived as ordered and they were actually larger than anticipated. We dug in. The wings and sauce were, Mm Mm Good! The best news, is that Carino's has a 25 cent wing special (max. 10 per person) on Thursdays.

Since then, we have attempted to make it back weekly to Carino's for the Thursday Wing special (and Happy Hour). Also, our friends who have tried their wings made follow up visits.

Football season in just starting. If you are nearby Carino's, make sure to stop in and enjoy the Italian Cuisine. However, if you need to get your 'Wing On', as unbelievable as this sounds, the wings run supreme!

Ok. I ordered the tri tip dip sandwich. It had no flavor. The jus didn't have any flavor either. I patronized this establishment because of the favorable reviews, however, I DO NOT agree. Very subpar. Beware.

Fast. Friendly. Didn't like the food... The Alfredo tasted like a Marie Calendar microwavable meal.... I've never been sad to be eating Italian food before. Only had a few bites before I just said no more... Revamp the food please. But keep the good staff. Those guys are pretty cool

Italian Nachos are the greatest. Also hot bread is delicious. Please build more carinos in Texas!

Got the chicken scallopini and the meld of flavors was just beautiful. Ordered JC's after passing by many times from Uber Eats and food arrived quickly, nice portions for family style, says it feeds 2-3 but 2-3 would be very very full. Caesar dressing was really tasty too. Tarimisu well presented and delicious. I'll be back for sure.

I love the roasted garlic in oil that comes with the complimentary bread! The service was good and so was the food.

I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan and it was so hard I couldn't cut it. They cooked me another one, but it was still just ok.

I absolutely had the best experience dining at Carino's. My waiter Adrian was so friendly and super attentive to our table. 5 Stars to our Fabulous Waiter who made our dining experience the best!

Always great!!! You can never go wrong with the unlimited Soup and Salad and Spinach Artichoke dip followed by a Peach Bellini. Great food, great service!!!

Carino's is a great place for lunch. The lunch items are served fast and hot. The wait staff are prompt and friendly. I eat here frequently and have never had a bad experience.

We love the food, but hate the wait. An hour and a half for 3 plates is ridiculous, and when I asked why. My server answered that they were unprepared, but it wasn't that busy.

I will never eat here again. My server was great he did a great job and I felt horrible for him. I ordered my 5 year old the kids chicken fingers and fries. He takes a bite then ask me to cut his food for him. Once I make the first cut I see so much pink. The chicken was rawr I cut open the other 2 pieces they were all completely rawr. I tell the hostess and she immediately takes to plate back and tells me the manager would be with me shortly.. time passes my server comes back and ask if he can get my son anything else. I said I don't want anything else but just fires for him. And he again tells me the Manger will be with me shortly... long story short only thing I got from the manager was a ugly look from across the restraunt and he never even came by once for even a apologie. I've had food go back at a bar and have had better managers than that trying to make it right. Instead he has the sever do his job. I understand not everything is perfect and mistakes will be made. But 1 that's a big one of rawr chicken on a child's meal. And 2 too not even come by and apologize or attempt to make it right just have your sever do it is poor. And horrible service and he shouldn't be a manager if he cannot even attempt to keep customers when somthing that can make someone very sick happends. They are in desperate need of better management.

The WORST customer service! Management refused to communicate with us & made the waiter do the explanation. He was upset, our guests were upset, my son just got up & left. With restaurants barely making it due to covid, we will NOT supporting their company. This is the second bad service experience. The first one was due to them being short staff with 1 or 2 waiters to attend the entire restaurant. The stress put on the server's is what caused the poor service. Management ALWAYS need to address the issue they are the ones making more money than the servers. Don't go to this location. It's not even worth 1 star rating.

I ve always loved Carino s (I mean who wouldn t with that bread, right?) but the last time I went was such a great experience. We had a server named Adrian and I m seriously going to start requesting him when I come in. He took such good care of my family and I. (Even though we re all super picky and eat sooo much bread, haha.) And he wasn t just good at dealing with our no onions, sauce on the side, stuff either; he made us feel like he really cared that we got exactly what we ordered and had a meal we could all really enjoy. He was nice and joked and laughed with us and we really had a great time. He also made thoughtful suggestions for cocktails (the Bellini really is yummy!) and the dessert he mentioned has always been one of our favorites. The kitchen cooked everything to perfection tonight, but Adrian was the highlight of our night out. We ll definitely be back soon so tell him we ll see him next time!! :D

I have eaten here once. I have no complaints about the place. The food was good and service was prompt. I tend to judge an Italian place on their eggplant and how al dente the cook their noodles. The noodles were pretty good. I like my noodles a little firmer than most people, and they got it pretty close (much better than Olive Garden, which makes them mushy). Their eggplant was pretty tender, but not mushy. Again, I usually like it a little firmer than they made it, but the taste was still good. If the restaurant reads these reviews, I would suggest to them to give people the option on how firm or soft they want their noodles. I recommend this place over Olive Garden, and the prices are good for a chain restaurant, but if you want fancy Italian, probably not the place to look for it.

Decent food, good service, prices are not bad. Nice Server named Eden helped us. Should definatly ask for her if you go.

Haven t been to a Carino s in years, but since we live in a different state now than before, we were excited to find one. However, this experience was disappointing. We came in at 2pm, and it was relatively slow. Eventually we got sat, and the waitress just approached and said what do want for drink? No, Hi welcome to Carino s. My name is so&so and I ll be your server for today. Nothing but a wet mop for personality. For the food to be priced as high as it is, I do expect better customer service especially when it comes to tipping. I typically tip very well at most places. But most places have good customer service. This is rock bottom effort, and the tip is questionable.

Salad was chop finely lettece that had soggy looking and has bits of chicken and back bits.

We always have good service here. The food is not bad either. Try the lemon rosemary dish. It seems to be consistent in taste. Look for deals in the mail for great values.
