Great place to eat, fun environment, friendly staff. It all starts at the top. Josh Silva really has that restaurant running on all cylinders. This gentleman deserves a seat in that board room. He can definitely bring value to the company. I met josh that day while having dinner and he greeted me and assured that if I needed anything any one of his staff would gladly assist. He wasn t lying. I was beyond impressed. Thank you for this experience. I will be back and I will be telling all of my friends to go to this establishment.

Go on Mondays for the family size specials. A huge portion of lasagna comes out to only $20. It took me a week to eat it, and it was good. They also have pizza specials for happy hour.

Johnny Carino's has been a late night staple for my husband and me. I work late hours and my only option at 9:00 when I get off work there is almost no place open to eat dinner and when I am too tired to cook, fast food is not an option every night. They have been great on call in orders they have not gotten any order incorrect. We have had a few issues with the wait staff as we had been getting a few new people who are just getting the hang of the industry or the store. But managers are very happy and accommodating with issues. We almost always go home with left overs, filling up on bread and soda.

Very good food and good potions for the price. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something a little closer to a home cooked meal. And some food to take home with you for tomorrow.

Clean environment. Wonderful management who is marc Staff was very friendly got sat down pretty fast. Food was amazing as always. Bartender mark made me feel more than a customer.

The bartender is so dope. And the girl that was working to go.

I like going here for happy hour. Bellinis and Italian margaritas are cheap. Pizzas are half off. The margarita pizza is really good, especially at the discounted rate!

Service was good but the food quality has really degraded over the years

We had a group of eleven. There were no mix ups or errors in our orders including desserts. Michael did a great job as server! Food was fantastic! I had chicken scallopini!

Poor service-prearranged work luncheon with 25 people only one server screaming and yelling food orders.

Always clean and a pleasant atmosphere and on Tuesday from 11am to 4pm 2 people can dine for less than $ 15 dollars .

Carino s was incredible. The food was amazing. There drinks were delicious. I d recommend there margaritas. They were incredible. I got the spicy shrimp and chicken, it was perfect. My girlfriend had the lasagna. She loved it. We had the snickers cheesecake. Couldn t finish it because we were so full from the meal but we took it home because it was amazing. I d recommend this pace to anyone.

Wife and I heard about their Thursday s Wing night in the bar and decided to go check it out. they were pretty tasty and sized pretty good. Our bartender cara was friendly and made some pretty damn good drinks too. We ll be back next week!

Great service in the bar. Decent little margarita on the happy hour menu. Husband loved his Italian nachos. The lobster and shrimp pesto pasta was just okay. Lacked some flavor and cooked the life out of the tiny lobster bits. The bread with the oil and roasted garlic is always the best part. Restaurant was definitely looking unkempt when we arrived despite minimal patrons at the off hour. Who knows? Maybe a big crowd just left. Got cleaned up while we ate. I would go again.

I am so irritated right now. Ordered chicken parm, spaghetti, and mozzarella cheese sticks tonight. Asked for light sauce and food was smoothered in sauce. As I am trying to take off most of the sauce I find the burnt chicken. This was the worst dinner we have had from here. The whole meal went into garbage. The only thing that was ok was the mozzarella cheese sticks and the salad. Yall should be embarrassed that this is what you served. We will not be back.

Lobster Ravioli was perfect , as well as a Great dining experience from the Bartender Tara.

We usually love Carinos. But this time was different, the hostess was not so welcoming. She came by to check on us we thought was great but she starting saying comments that were not necessary: You were hungry! Are you going to eat all of that? Do you want a to go box? We were enjoying our lunch still eating. Her attitude seem to be implying that she didn t need to eat all of that and I got a sense of shaming a person for eating two plates. Her comment was not needed. Also I thought the hostess is supposed to be in the front, not serving. People come to eat because we all get hungry. Other than that our food came out late and there was probably two tables there. Our server was nice and we thought she was great :)

I'm from Montana an every time I'm in Texas I hit Carino's its Italian I can eat an I've eaten a lot of Italian all the Johnny's in Montana have closed bummer that why i try others so

My bread took forever to get here and so did the drinks

I love Carinos, I had the chicken parm and it was a large portion. Delicious food, still one of my favorite places to eat

Food was marginal at best. Our server was way too distracted by the table adjacent to us. He had a running conversation with them for 5 minutes while we waited for our salads and bread. When he finally brought them they were only about 2 minutes ahead of our entrees. And after he brought our check he vanished. I was about to the point of asking anyone to process our payment so we could leave when he finally returned. Mediocre food and slow inattentive service. I won't be back.

Delicious! Johnny Carinos is mine and my husbands favorite date spot. We don t take the kids with us on purpose so it can just be ours. Lol. My husband loves the calamari and the pastas. I love the variety of Italian I can get, I never get the same thing. Last time we were there we got pizza. So good!

The food was really good with good sized portions. We were there between 1-3 pm so there were only a few people in the restaurant. So we were very surprised how slow the service was.

Love their happy hour menu! Staff are friendly. Good place to chill after work with friends and it's not too crowded.

We enjoy a great National Margarita day with tender spicy wings and of cause 2 orders of margarita at the restaurant!

Poor service. Waitress had a cut on her arm that exposed. Went and told the manager that I would like to get another server. The manager told her that I had an issue and the Waitress came to our table and was like thanks, " Now I have to go home" We paid for the drinks and closed out the tab before the food came.. DONT GO TO THIS CARINOS. Very unprofessional. We were so embarrassed its crazy.

We just had a meal at carinos and had a very nice guy , his name is Reda he was awesome !!

The food was excellent. The waiter was ok. He spent way too much time trying to be overly friendly with his tables. Had I not motioned to him to attend to me, rather than yak it up with his newest table, I would have been late clocking back in from my dinner break. And then he tried to excuse this because he thought I was still eating my salad. Poor. I was actually picking at it while trying to get his attention. Guess I need to go back to the familiar. Olive Garden.

Had the pleasure of eating at this location today with my entire family. The food was splendid and the service was outstanding. Jeronimo Arellano was the manager on duty at the time of us being serviced. He made sure that his staff was on point so that we could be 100% satisfied and comfortable within our visit. James, our waiter did excellent as well. I wouldn't have had this experience any other way!!! Thank you Jeronimo and staff for all of your hard work! (o;

Very slow service!!!!! 2 hour experience that should have only taken an hour.

Staff here is EXCELLENT! Each time we go, they know what TEAMWORK really means. Enjoy watching them when it is busy. If you cannot appreciate what they do at this location, then you have NEVER been in the business, so don't complain. Food is good. Suggest Alfredo sauce over marinara pastas. Try it out on Tuesdays with their 2 for 1 lunch, can't loose.

Service was normal. Food... Not the best. The bread and calamari were awesome. The rest needed seasoning. Do not get the steak. Tasted like a flavorless hamburger patty. Overall....wasnt worth the drive.

Service was slow. Very slow. The wings were way over cooked. And the lemon pepper wings tasted more like lemon salt. All I could taste was salt. The wings were very hard and chewy. I asked for blue cheese dressing and got Ranch... I kind of got the feeling that the people that work there don't want to be there. I used to go to this location a lot and came here just for the happy hour. I would probably go back for their traditional dishes. That's really what they do best.

Terrible service. The waiter made us wait for another table to place orders b4 taking ours. N the wait was ridiculous for a slow night they claimed to be having. We had to call a manager just to get seated. No bueno.

I would have to say the best service I have ever experienced in my life. A group of business colleagues and I went for lunch and were served by Mark. He is the most hospitable, caring, knowledgeable, and outgoing server I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing a lunch first hand. He is definitely an asset to the restaurant as he was attentive and coupling with all aspects of our meal. The food was great and I d definitely recommend going to the Tech Ridge Carino. Thanks to the most excellent service, my business partners and I will be dining here more frequently. A perfect 10 of 10 best atmosphere in which we all will completely come back as many times as we can.

The food was sub part to what one should expect from Carino's. The chicken Alfredo was not seasoned. The marinara was barely cooked tomatoes. I can make better lasagna. The bread and the cheesecake was good to great. Our waitress, Camry, was very good.

The Girlfriend and I decided to swing by Johnny Carino's for a quick dinner before a movie last week. It had been a while since either of us had been to a Johnny Carino's, so we were not sure what to expect. All in all everything was fantastic. Food was great, drinks were never empty, and the service was great all around. What stuck out the most is Marc (A Manager I assume) came by and check on us. He actually cared how our meal and evening was going. All too often you hear a manager going table to table asking word for word the exact same thing. Probably half listening and moving on to the next because its part of his job. Marc took the time to actually look at what we were eating, asked how it was(named the plate we ordered), and even made us laugh all within a minute or two. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Co-workers and I had lunch on Tuesday - BOGO day. This was by far, the best experience we have ever had at this location (Tech Ridge, Austin, TX). The server, David, was awesome! Food was great, price was great and best service we've received. Thank you!!!!!

Not crowded, clean establishment with gpod food choices. The service was also very good.

Very unprofessional. Called about an issue with door dash and the childish worker just hung up. I advise people to avoid thos place of business at all cost.

The shrimp scampi ravioli was slightly undercooked, not quite aldenta and the chesse inside the ravelloi was cold. However, my wife's steak and fries was Awesome.

Great tuesday's buy 1 get 1 free lunch deal. Split between 2 people you get $4.50 a person for a full meal.

Good food and service. On tuesdays they have buy one get one free pasta.

Me and my daughter had dinner, paid are bill of $37.30 , gave her a 5$ , and the waiter decided to add 3 more $ to her tip it s been so much trouble trying to my money back this is robbery, Unprofessional, and sad I ll never go back to this place again. The manager gave and attitude but it your employee that stole from me and who noes how many other people.
