Company in bankruptcy. Horrible experience....

I own a well-established wedding venue and have always had a positive experience with Carino's and, until tonight, had included you on our preferred vendor list. Tonight we not only removed Carino's from our preferred vendor list, but we have placed Carino's on our restricted list of vendors (meaning Carino's is no longer allowed to accept catering gigs at our venue). I now understand that both Carino's and the Franchise operator, Fired Up, are in bankruptcy. This explains the EXTRAORDINARILY poor service we received from the catering manager, Melissa, and the general manager from the Parmer/35 location. The 620 location, who always served us so well, shut down (which now seems to be a pattern, as all of the Carino's are shutting down). It appears that Carino's is in free fall and will soon be totally out of business. I was fortunate to talk to Sam at the other remaining Austin location, who was great. He has forwarded our my comments to the district manager. Unfortunately, it seems that Carino's is no more... Too sad....
