What a top service! I have never ordered problems ...

What a top service! I have never ordered problems here for a long time. Coincidentally my package was lost by DHL of the week, I called John Beerens and told them they could only do something if they received information from DHL. I asked if they could not send my package again because it was jet before Christmas. They would keep me informed but a new package was not possible. Later that evening I received an email if my packer was there in the meantime, but unfortunately it wasn't there yet. Then I got an email back that they are still sending the same package! Thank you very much now I can still give my Christmas gift !!

In the end not yet received my package, I will never order here again. And that is not because of john beerens but purely because they work together with those lap swans from DHL !!
