Very happy with the service of John Beerens!
My Chi straightener was broken after +/- 1.5 years. I no longer had the receipt, as well as an email from my order at the time. After calling customer service I immediately received a return label from UPS and I could return my broken straightener (she could find my order in the system). A day later I received a message that the straightener was returned and that it will indeed be replaced. Unfortunately, the same straightener was no longer available and I received the newer model. It arrived the next day.
Very neat, fast and clear communication and service! Thanks!
