After a positive experience with the help of friendly customer service (an old promotion was accidentally still online), everything seemed to be in order. I received a shipping confirmation the same day, only ......
First, the most important thing, a curling iron, was supplied because it suddenly turned out not to be in stock (was stated when purchasing in stock), where I had to go back via customer service (again friendly and also resolved; I opted for another tongs). Secondly, now almost a week later, the track and trace link still indicates that the other products were not delivered to DHL while it is included; Order before 10 p.m., delivered tomorrow. Again contact with customer service. I am assuming that it will be picked up nicely now too, but if you state 'tomorrow at home', then it is deceiving in my eyes if it has not been delivered after almost a week. Moreover, having to contact yourself three times to get your order sorted out by mistakes at John Beerens is just frustrating, no matter how nice. If they had their website / inventory management in better order, customer service would not even be necessary.
