My heater went out on 3/2. I called that night to set an appointment for repair and/or possible replacement. Mr. Rowland and Mr. McLaughlin arrived on time the next morning, 3/3. They were courteous and professional, gave me a great explanation of the problem, and explained the possible solutions. I opted for the complete replacement of my HVAC system. Mr. Reddick came out and worked on the electrical box in preparation for the system. He was very courteous. Mr. Garcia and his helper arrived to install the new system. They were here for nearly 12 hours, finishing the job in the early a.m., so that I would have heat on a cold night. They were courteous, professional, and took great care to clean up at the end of a very long day. I greatly appreciate the fantastic service provided by all in the John Moore family!
