Really good shop but my only question is, you do know Christmas is like 3 months away right? Why have you got Christmas trees up now?

I came here because there s 15% discount on cosmetics and I d like to buy something for my mom s birthday. I bought an organism blusher from Nars with good price but there s no bag or gift wrapping. I was told that there s a free wrapping at 5th floor by a Nars staff. When I got to 5th floor, I discovered that it s charged for 3 ponds and I was not spoken to in a pleasant way. Maybe bc I m a foreigner. When I go back to Nars to ask for a bag from another staff, she also laughed at me when I told her that her colleague pointed out wrong that the wrapping is free. Poor service. This is my first time at John Lewis but I m disappointed.

This particular branch of John Lewis is well worth visiting as the range of whatever you're looking for is quite impressive considering its an inner city shop. The electrical home goods is amazing as is the baby equipment department and the computers and electronics and then the suitcase and luggage department are so diverse that there's something for almost every travel need. In addition there's plenty of places you eat as well as a very diverse selection of spot on fashion.

A good solid store. You can get almost anything. Pity they stopped free voucher for drink & cake but their cakes could be much nicer.

I met my mother at the Place to Eat for coffee. While we were there we had a look at the roof garden. This was when the weather was hot so it was right in the sun.

A great selection of everything, but they seem heavily understaffed. We waited 30 minutes to be served. The kids got bored and one fell asleep. The irony was we were buying a pram lol. Frustrating but still a good place.

Even where there us a "glitch" with counter staff..the line managers of all departnents step in with their wisdom and knowledge to resolve. Near uniquely to JLEWIS..making the.. must buy from there ..Qthe easiest of decisions..ongoing

Used to be so much better than it is these days. The staff are not what they used to be, they seem to all just chat together and don t bother serving the customers which is a shame..

Wow John Lewis really keeps up with the latest fashions and events. When Christmas arrives I just have to walk into their department store and I feel like it really is Christmas.

This is a very traditional store that still keeps up with the times and offers quality products at reasonable prices with expert friendly staff to help.

The only down side is it can get very crowded due to its popularity.

My local for the food hall, which I . Walking there through other departments shows they really know how to tempt. Pity the gents' loo isn't closer to the food hall.

100% on point. I went to the perfumes section for male/female and was served by Karmal. He did all he could to get the sale and did it in a real professional manner. Credit to you mate, you did the store well. Will 100% go back and definitely recommend to friends and family

John Lewis sells really lovely quality products, some of it rather pricey, but it's one of the best department stores we have. They often have longer warranties on tech items than other stores so I always make sure that I make my technology purchases here. They also price match items so if you find a cheaper deal elsewhere they will match it. Also of note is the customer service; the staff are always polite, helpful and keen to assist you.

I was returning a birthday present to John Lewis in exchange for a gift card. There was a change in the price which appeared unfair to the staff as well. They persisted to correct it and succeeded. Any other store wouldn't have bothered and that is a very big difference.
