Love John Lewis, store is very spread out over lots of smaller floors.

Still the best of the West End's department stores. Let's hope this one survives.

Pretty much you can find anything you need here. Multi floor and multi store place. Super easy to get lost in.

Ordered an ipad on Tuesday to collect from the Balham store on Wednesday. Turned up today and was left waiting for 1 hour whilst the staff tried to locate my item. After standing around for an hour I was finally told by the staff that my order had being cancelled. Even though John Lewis had my email address and phone number I was not contacted by either way to be informed that my order had been cancelled, Given that John Lewis pride themselves on Customer Service I have found this experience extremely disappointing. I called their Customer Service this evening and they were less than helpful. The fact that they had all my details yet couldn't be bothered to contact me I find a very bad service.

Great place for shopping everything in five floors at Oxford Street

Open seven days a week to serve London's middle classes, JLP is a really good shop. You can buy pretty much everything here, and the service is really really good. Also they're never knowingly undersold!

Amazing, just spent 2 hours in the bed department looking for a mattress. David is awesome and knows everything about beds, if you need a bed go to this guy.

Couldnt be more disappointed by the service. Organised for them to come and swap my washing machine and the man who did the job was so rude! Didn't want to do the job from the beginning then commenced to shout at me and my mother. And with all that, he was in the wrong. Disgusting!

Only went in to buy a pair of suitcases, straight in and out, so i can't comment on the rest of the store. The staff member who served me was friendly and helpful. They had exactly what i was after and helped me arrange delivery. Couldn't ask for more, really.

So spot on , I am surprised Ken Loach hasn't arrived with a film crew in tow...
Went there for a shop on Bank Holiday Monday and hung around so long that I became aware of myself lingering ( took a nap on a sofa ). I did ask lots of obviously pointless questions but was met with JL's customary uber professionalism and a faintly strained perfect smile which roughly translated into ' CALL SECURITY !!

Drop by the 4th floor to visit Moz the monster, also great range of Christmas decorations and amazing bed linen

John Lewis flagship store. Full John Lewis range including a large food hall in the basement. My only issue is that they say the are 'never knowingly undersold' but I find them quite expensive, like for like.

Awful experience. It was not busy at all. Yet, I wasn't offered any help, despite the alarm going off on the watch I was trying to try on. They still did not acknowledge I wanted some assistance. Took my business elsewhere.

John Lewis do mostly tasteful furnishings, (not quite as hip as habitat/made/ikea) and offer lots of tempting kitchenware. The flagship store doesn't disappoint even for browsing.

It is always a pleasure to shop on John Lewis.
John Lewis in Oxford Street is the flagship of the chain and is worthy of the title.
The store is well layed out and very well stocked.
The majority of the staff (partners) are always friendly and very helpful.
It is a shop that maintains the event of pleasure in the shopping experience.

Love to go to this branch on Oxford Street. It has it all.

This John Lewis store is terrific for anything and everything, I came here to purchase some headphones and believe me they have every headphone you can think of to try on before you purchase, staff are friendly and attentive would always shop with John Lewis

Be section was the best but computers r at a fair price

This is one of my favourite shopping centres in Oxford street. Visit the Christmas Village if you're around at that time of year. It's just amazing with all the shining lights and Xmas decorations. Every year they have a themed area based on their Christmas ad. Great for kids.

Flagship John Lewis department store. It s got everything you could want to buy from John Lewis. Well organized with lots of space to roam and lots of nice things to buy.

So much more enjoyable shopping here compared to most other places in Brent cross!

I have never shopped extensively at this store, until I was looking at getting a new smart TV and I was persuaded to give a go for good customer service and extended warranty on electronics and home appliances. I was not disappointed, I have to say and have since made many purchases there. However, delivery times can be long. There appears to be a large collection of items on sales, not just electronics. A good department store in a busy location. It is also a good opportunity to go out and about in Oxford Street for other things or for leisure.

John Lewis blinds and curtains service is very poor!
