I worked in kryptos for 10 days.. Such a worst environment. It's not much worth company. Waste of time. So I quit.

Such a good environment to learning the knowledge and skills. people are very friendly. it is best platform for a beginners to developing their confident.

Encourages employees to improve knowledge, abilities and skills.Always cordial and willing to help coworkers and clients. Enthusiastic, energetic and displays positive behavior.

I went for an interview. Not a good cultured management.worst company.i feel most of the review here may be bogus.

Very bad place to work and i will never recommend any one who ask me about this company . After working for 4.2 year with all my trust and dedication I lost my all saving .
If you are experience and you face Problems u will end up with no solution from HR . HR is also a big ? here.
Pay never come on TIME . At the time of Joining what all is promised you will never get .
I am a Ex-employee left the company on 31st July 2017 and Still waiting to get my Full&Final .Which has now became a ? .
Any fresher or experience person do look for other option rather than joining KRYPTOS and spoiling your career and life.

One can explore lots of opportunities and gain immense learning from Kryptos.

I worked only one day and quited, Very worst HR management, 24/7 times HR is busy, mandatory office for all odd saturdays, Environment is very worst and they said salary will get 10 of every month, Night shift allowance is rs.50 .No weekend allowance but weekend also office. DONT GO and spoil your carrer.

The questions an employees must ask is
1. What can I do for the organization first?
2. Do they have opportunities that constantly feeds them work?
3. Will they allow me to explore and feed my hunger to learn?
4. Are the people around me supportive and respectful?

I'm an employee just like most.
I've been here 2 years and I have no signs of slowing down.
I intend to be part of Kryptos' highs and lows, just like how life is.
I give my 100% and it is reciprocated by Kryptos.

I learn new things everyday and I'm never stopped from treating my work place as my home.

Those who are looking to join I can only say one thing.

kryptos only focus an work,but not giving response & salary ,etc..
think before join this concern.i have really affect in salary,i have many time call hr they not pick up call .still now i am not get my salary.

[July 2019] Updated: These guys just don't understand the meaning of NO. They keep calling and pestering to sell services. Onto our VOIP Black list they go.

[Nov 2018] Actively pesters businesses with spam calls and does NOT respect the DO NOT CALL list. Good IT companies are always busy. It just shows that Kryptos is inferior and desperate enough to spam businesses for IT work. AVOID!

Good infrastructure but finding the way is difficult to reach office

They won't give the interview status at the same day... they won't take the decessions also... they r only depending upon us client on each and every task...

I attended interviews, I got 95 marks and experienced not selected because communication problems

Good working culture, friendly HR and colleagues, flexible work timing, no working pressure. Totally earn while enjoying. Highly recommended.
