Do NOT hire this firm for Workman s Comp. Even though they claim not to take money unless they win the case, my lawyer, chose to garnish 25% of my Workmans Comp pay. And this is after I was already making over 40% less than what I was accustomed to. When I questioned her, she blatantly lied about her role in obtaining the money from the insurance agency. Of course I fired the firm. Now she s claiming she s owed $400/hour for her services. AND I ve come to find out she had only been a lawyer in GA for 10 months at the time of the incident. I know lawyers who ve been here 20 years that bill less than that per hour. AND she s taken a lien against my future earnings. Super, super unprofessional. And not only that, but it s kicking someone who s already down financially. If I could leave negative stars, I would!!
