"The Worse Legal Respresentation Thus Far". The attorney Kevin Mcdonald , do not respond to calls. I contacted him several times and only received a call back after complaining to the contact us feature on the web page. He is very dry , uninformative and lack of details. My final settlement OFFER is awful.. I received more when I represented myself . The insurance company responded however , it seems he did not respond back nor aware of an response. His excuse was "It was faxed over". I had to constantly stay on top of things. After dicussing the low , low , final offer. I had to ask him , What was your strategy? How did you defend or represent me on my behalf.? He hesitated, This should be explained to me. I know he did not put up any type of effort , just take whatever the insurance company offered. He offered no additional legal advice or plan B. Are you kidding me??? This firm charges more than the typical law firm, but get less. "Less for More ." I looked at the document /settlement the law firm will receive more money than me,,, How is that possible??? As of last week , I signed the settlement because I do not have the time nor patience to start all over with a REAL lawyer/ law firm , with REAl GRIT Now let me go chase the check, just as I had to chase the lawyer. If I dont stay on top of things , it wil sit there for months or even forever. HUGE MISTAKE,,, Commercials vs Reality.
