Truly horrible experience! I will NEVER use them again and would suggest you not use them, too. If you do, be sure you are absolutely certain they have your best interests at heart.

The attorney who handled my case was unresponsive, proffered bad advice, did not appear to have my best interests in mind, and would only communicate when I passively aggressively targeted his email and voice mail. After ten months, he reviewed the settlement offer with me which was a joke, not even enough for a down payment on a second-hand car!. He actually told me that 'we both learned something should I ever find myself in a similar situation in the future!'! What was I paying him for anyway!?!?!?!?

Finally, after signing the settlement paperwork, I was told it would take another four weeks to receive payment because the hospital told the firm it would take that time to determine a reduction amount......five weeks later, I had to once again chase the attorney for information about the payment. He never responded but later that week I received the check in the mail. The check was dated five weeks earlier when I was informed there would be a delay! Really?!?!?!?!?

This was a horrible experience which has left a bad taste in my mouth for attorneys and firms like this that promise the moon but deliver disappointment.
