I chose Joy Foy because I had an accident and someone hit the back of my car. I went to auto-zones to buy a bungee cord to hold up my muffler and a guy told me to use the strong arm. So I looked into them and decided to use them. Over all they have excellent customer service and answered all of my question. Got into the accident at the end of January settle everything in October. I actually got more money than I expected. I would definitely use them again.
