My experience has been fairy good. I never met or spoke with my attorney. BUT!!! That was okay, because I had a GREAT Case Manager. I ve mainly communicated with my Case Manager throughout my entire case. She was absolutely the best. She was very polite and professional at all times. Any questions or concerns I had, she answered and clearified them. Phone calls and emails were always answered in a timely matter. She has made the most tragic moment in my life bearable. Even though I still have nightmares, I m not as afraid. Any-who, my expiernce was great. The only downfall was not being able to met my attorney... I will recommend their service to those in need of good representation. Ask for Courtney Creason she is the best.
