The service department of John Eagle Honda is great, specially Mike Ma. Mike makes the difference. He is always very proactive - giving you options on how to best leave or take your car to the dealer, asking if you need a loaner. Explaining all the service you need. I trust his advice - something that is not easy with me. My CRV was service last week ... and Mike was the best - it is a shame that there is no a 6 start scale.
