First, let me give the positive: my service rep Donna was awesome and friendly, and upon pickup I interacted with the service manager and she was also very service oriented and friendly. The negative fat outweighs the positive however. One thing you expect when you originally buy a Lexus IS the ability to get a loaner car when you service your car, I was denied this because they didn t like my insurance company ( a national company), this probably means that they outsource their loaners to a shady company, but I am also ready for a new car and this has just disqualified Lexus from being a new purchase for me. They also were not time sensitive for me
To drop off my car and leave (I had someone waiting to pick me up and take me to a meeting), even when I Picked up the vehicle I waited 15 minutes after paying for them to give me the vehicle ( and they do wash the car, but don t do a good job). Finally, their prices are outrageous, even for a dealership. I had a $900 bill and did not let them do simple things because they wanted to charge hundreds more. Perhaps they take advantage because of the aging population in south Florida, but it is not acceptable and unless someone is found a warranty item, I suggest finding somewhere else to go for service.
