Just purchased new ES 350 Fsport from JM Lexus and had great experience. Living in Tampa, I was connected with Ryan Allison on phone call and worked with him through the transaction. Ryan was extremely helpful and quick to respond over the couple of days it took to finalize the transaction. He was very knowledgeable about the Lexus products in general and the ES in particular. Also, since I was trading in my 2014, Ryan worked closely with Bryan Menzer to get the maximum trade value. I also spoke with Bryan and was very impressed as well.
