Just traded in my rx for another one gently used. The experience was excellent and we were greeted by Gary and Mauro as soon as we parked. I found one i liked on line and showed up at 8:40 pm. We left at 10 pm completely satisfied with our trade in price and no haggle price on our newer one. I read a lot of comments and find that the management that we encountered - Greg. Gary, Heath and Reggie were friendly, helpful, reasonable and professional, even.when.the place was supposed to close at 9. We were never rushed. Warranties were presented but not pressured and as a cash buyer, we weren't shown the back lot looking for a used car, we just went to the lot accross the street from the main showroom. It was easy and the experience was surprisingly fast. We would definitely reccommend finding Gary or Heath as they were great to work with.
