I bought a used car from this guys not even 3 months ago , and I paid that car 26k dollars and that is burning oil like crazy, and I called and called and nobody wants to help with that problem, every time when I call they transfer me to from one person to other person, and every time they said that they are going to call me back , and they never did . So now im stuck with messed up car and I paid that car 26k dollars, im never going to do business with this dealership and im not gonna recommend it to nobody. Thanks for nothing

Horrible experience with my purchase, they went to correct the issue and charge me another $5000.00+ for a vehicle not half as nice that I bought from them. Plus refused to take the vehicle back after I had in for repair 3 times in less than 23 days after purchase.

When we came to look at New Cars. Dylan was the first to come up to us & ask how he could help us He was still in training but knew what he was talking about & he was very attractive. He tried to help us get a truck but that did not go through NO fault of his so he put us in a Cruze. Witch I love very much. When I come back for a truck I won't Dylan. I have sent friends up to work with him he is o e of your best he is friendly when ever I had a problem with the paint he jumped on the job to get service to take care of it. The Sales and Service Departments have always gone above and beyond to insure that I was happy with their work. The Service Department was extremely helpful when I had an issue with my engine about a month ago. They worked with me until we had the issue resolved.
In the Sales Department John Zensen was amazing! He made sure every detail was taken care of for us.

Kim Hausmann was my service advisor and was amazing. Got me in quickly, assured me my car would be cared for and called with updates. The mechanic was obviously skillful and careful. First off, I'm NOT an easy buyer of vehicles, and I do my research and due diligence before I set foot into a showroom. Color me suspicious when I see advertised prices way below the competition. My first contact was with Jen Moyer in internet sales. She set the tone of my experience by stating she was so confident I would buy from them, that she would fill up my gas tank for taking the time to come to Fenton and give them the opportunity for my business. That was a good sign! I actually made two trips to the dealership, and purchased on the 2nd trip. I want to acknowledge Patrick Piper (new car manager) for getting me the vehicle on his lot that I wanted. My salesman Mike Marshall listened to my needs and made some great suggestions. Alex Cox (another sales manager) got the deal done. I live and work in Memphis, TN; and have shopped many dealers. I can attest their slogan is right: they will do the deals the other guys won't! It was worth it to just give them a chance.

Took my car to get the side light fixed cause I bought it like that and they waited for the part went to get the car to find this damage on it. They said it was like this before but i don't know how when as you can see there is no scratch on the mirror nothing can cause this damage other than someone working on it not even blind side warning works and it worked before I got there and they're trying to convince me it was there before. Now they don't want to fix what they broke.
Edit: I tried calling to come in but they wouldn't call back to schedule something with me to see it this is what I got.. on the pic. They said this is clear lol. I am very impressed with how well oiled the business runs and how smooth my experience was at Jim Butler Chevrolet. Mike H. served us with honest and straight forward service. I emailed ahead of time my loan application, was pre-approved the same day, scheduled an appointment the next day and drove out of the there with a better deal than I had planned. I am so happy with my service that my husband is purchasing his vehicle from them this week. Highly recommended!!!

Took my car in for recall, oil change, and tire rotation. Booked appt online, felt that was pretty easy. Dropped car off day of service. Car was ready sooner than they said by an hour. Have taken the car to the service dept everytime service was due since the day it was driven off the Jim Butler lot in 2012. Sometimes, the service dept seems overly booked but I have always been happy with their service as and even used their shuttle service in the past. However, they keep wanting to buy my car back. Something about condition and mileage. :) 30,000 on a 2012 Malibu. Keep up the good work!

I bought my first vehicle at Jim Butler Chevrolet in December of 2014. From beginning to end, my car purchasing experience was fantastic. My salesman, Heath, was helpful in guiding me to purchase a car that suited my needs for a great price. I never felt pressured or deceived at all; rather, the staff at Jim Butler were honest and supportive. The technology specialists were helpful and available to answer all of my questions about Onstar and other technology features. After two years, my vehicle is still in great shape largely due to the excellent care by the Jim Butler service center. I highly recommend Jim Butler Chevrolet for both purchasing and servicing a vehicle.

I had to take my car to get serviced here and everyone was so nice and helpful! Doug did a great job of keeping in constant communication with me throughout the process while we dealt with some back and forth with the warranty company, the dealership I purchased my car from, etc. Overall was a stressful experience but at no fault to the Jim Butler crew, they made the experience way more bearable. I forgot the name of the gentleman who drove me to work the day I dropped my car off but he was extremely kind and full of cool stories. The fact that they offered to take me all the way to work that day was an unexpected kind gesture and helped me save money on getting an Uber/rental car. They were very transparent about the costs and I would recommend them to any Chevy owner.

Was there 3 times, first time place was very busy, waited over your before I left. So return the next night at salesman's request,test drive 2 cars only wait 45 minutes to have to find someone to give the keys to. Only then does the the sales person return and apologize and to say it is to late go proceed. so I told him I would return the next day. We did with my sister, sale men seen me. Said he be with me soon.so we waited a hour to just leave. Did purchase new car with another deal. Very sad by how we were treated. Tammie Haynes

You have an amazing staff working for you at the Gravois Bluff location in Fenton me and my husband went there one year ago purchase our first vehicle we felt like we were treated like family that's how good the experience was buying our first car 3 days ago we decided to purchase another vehicle I gave Kim a call talk to her about purchasing another vehicle she said come on down we will take care of you we came down and we purchased another vehicle and we had the experience to work with Kim again Mike Tyler and Eric and Connor they all worked amazing deals with us for us to get the second vehicle we couldn't ask for a better team of employees then what we had we have been informing our family and friends to come and see Jim Butler the whole staff of employees cuz there is no dealership that can welcome you like they have us my husband and I would like to think Jim Butler Chevrolet very much on our purchase of two vehicles and all the staff everyone at Jim Butler thank you all so much

Didn t think I would be able to get a Chevy Camaro, but thanks to Zack Knotts for the huge help! Jim Butler is a great place to go!! Only issue I had was waiting for my car to be cleaned... it took over a hour and a half. Definitely recommend them!

John Zensen and the guys at Butler were absolutely amazing. I came in with some ideas from other dealers that definitely was not in my favor. John told me from the get go he wanted to do what was best for me if I gave him a shot. Wow did they. Gave me an awesome price on my Trade In, improved my interest rate from the other dealers and my payment went down $125 a month had I gone with them. I will definitely never be buying a car from anyone else but Butler from here on out. Best experience I have ever had by far.

We just bought our first newer car from Jim Butler. (a 2018 that had been a loaner, only 3600 miles) Our sales rep Brian Ries did an amazing job. We had bought used vehicles before from 2 other dealers in the area, and they were very bad experiences. We were very leery buying another car from any dealer, but he was very good and assured us all would be ok. The experience was good, and I fully recommend Jim Butler and Brian.

I spoke with Dave Konieczny. He kindly asked me if I would be able to leave my car possibly overnight going into the next day as I had a lot of work that needed to be done on my vehicle. I said sure. Three hours later he called me up and said my vehicle is ready to go. I was like huh? ok.. He said he put two mechanics on my car and knocked out everything all at once. I was thinking, man this guy is awesome. You are lucky to have him in your service department. He is very calm and has the ability to explain what exactly is going on with your car. He speaks with respect and breaks the mechanical language in layman's terms. I am only going to talk/do business with him every time I come in. His experience is widely known in St. Louis and I would highly recommend you make him one of your service managers. The bridge to communication in the auto service arena begins with having the ability to answer questions the customer may have.. in a friendly, positive, easy going manner. If you can show that you care about the customer like Dave does, then everything else comes natural. Being accessible, offering solutions, and building relationships is Dave's core ingredients. Every one was super efficient and friendly. I had bought my Cruze from another dealership but they are not convenient to where I live and can take weeks just to get an appt for a LOF.

I needed my 24-month maintenance check, a LOF, a repair to my window seal and a recall I did not know about it. They got me in the day after I called! Although I requested a shuttle, they automatically put me in a loaner car instead.

The work was done much sooner than quoted which was great since I am a single mom with three kids!

Ms. Kayla Merrick, my service assistant, went above and beyond good service (or I just am not used to what good customer service should be ;-) ). I will definitely be getting my car serviced at Jim Butler Chevrolet going forward!

HEY!! If youre in the market for a new vehicle. And youre looking for the best bait and switch deal in town. The Jim Butler Chevy is the place for you!!!
Went in to buy a new truck. Talked to a salesman and explained to him the truck i would like. He typed it all in the locator system they have.
"I found the truck you want!! Exactly!! Now lets work out a price."
"Ok. Sounds good. Lets work out a price"
We sit and talk. And eventually come to a agreement on the price of the truck.
He says to me....
"OK. We have a price. Now we're good in the price? You agree to that price, right? Thats the price you agreed to! We have a price, right?"
With a quizzical look, i say to him...
"Yes. We have agreed on a price of the truck that i want, and that you found."
He says....
"Ok. All i need from you, is a deposit so i can secure the truck and get it here."
I say OK. And proceed to write him a check for $5000.00, which would be my depostit/down payment.
The salesman, in a manner very reminiscent of a crack head, snatches the check out of my hand and says....
"Ok!! So we agreed on a price, right??!!
You agreed to the price!!!"
Again. A say yes, i agreed on the price of the truck i wanted and the one you located.
Then, without a phone call, talking to his supervisor, nothing, he tells me, and i quote, i have been through this entire review, he says to me....
"Yeah, well, i might not be able to get that exact truck. But you agreed to the price!!!! We're locked in on a price!!!"
At that moment, i KNEW his plan was to get me a lesser vehicle than what i asked for, and make me pay the price based on the vehicle that i originally wanted. Which was LOADED.
Then i spent the next 20 minutes trying to get my money back, since i had signed nothing and was not bound to any deal. Finally, i raised Hell, and the sales manager came out and i told him what was going on and that i wanted my money back, and i was not doing business with them. He looked at me with the "I JUST GOT BUSTED!" look on his face, then gave me my money back.
So, if you are looking to get scammed out of a few thousand dollars, thus is the place for you
