First off, I'm NOT an easy buyer of vehicles, and I do my research and due diligence before I set foot into a showroom. Color me suspicious when I see advertised prices way below the competition. My first contact was with Jen Moyer in internet sales. She set the tone of my experience by stating she was so confident I would buy from them, that she would fill up my gas tank for taking the time to come to Fenton and give them the opportunity for my business. That was a good sign! I actually made two trips to the dealership, and purchased on the 2nd trip. I want to acknowledge Patrick Piper (new car manager) for getting me the vehicle on his lot that I wanted. My salesman Mike Marshall listened to my needs and made some great suggestions. Alex Cox (another sales manager) got the deal done. I live and work in Memphis, TN; and have shopped many dealers. I can attest their slogan is right: they will do the deals the other guys won't! It was worth it to just give them a chance.
