Every one was super efficient and friendly. I had bought my Cruze from another dealership but they are not convenient to where I live and can take weeks just to get an appt for a LOF.

I needed my 24-month maintenance check, a LOF, a repair to my window seal and a recall I did not know about it. They got me in the day after I called! Although I requested a shuttle, they automatically put me in a loaner car instead.

The work was done much sooner than quoted which was great since I am a single mom with three kids!

Ms. Kayla Merrick, my service assistant, went above and beyond good service (or I just am not used to what good customer service should be ;-) ). I will definitely be getting my car serviced at Jim Butler Chevrolet going forward!
