I spoke with Dave Konieczny. He kindly asked me if I would be able to leave my car possibly overnight going into the next day as I had a lot of work that needed to be done on my vehicle. I said sure. Three hours later he called me up and said my vehicle is ready to go. I was like huh? ok.. He said he put two mechanics on my car and knocked out everything all at once. I was thinking, man this guy is awesome. You are lucky to have him in your service department. He is very calm and has the ability to explain what exactly is going on with your car. He speaks with respect and breaks the mechanical language in layman's terms. I am only going to talk/do business with him every time I come in. His experience is widely known in St. Louis and I would highly recommend you make him one of your service managers. The bridge to communication in the auto service arena begins with having the ability to answer questions the customer may have.. in a friendly, positive, easy going manner. If you can show that you care about the customer like Dave does, then everything else comes natural. Being accessible, offering solutions, and building relationships is Dave's core ingredients.
