I had two different people tell me that my oil change would be free, when i called to schedule service. It was not free. I am behind in my car payment now because of this. Not to mention the service tech was really uncaring and a bit rude about it. The girl in the window who took my money was very nice and sweet about it.

Now I need to put my car on the racks to see what the issue with my coolant is. But not giving you all the $180 to do so.

Was also told when I bought the car, plus the car had indication as well as the web site, that my car was certified pre owned. My paperwork says nothing about it be certified pre owned.

Jim Butler will not have my service again. I was so excited to get my car there as i work next door at Schnucks and always tried to promote you all to customers. Not any more.
