I just purchased a new 2020 Silverado 3500 truck for my business at Jerry Seiner. Ty Wetsel was amazing to work with. Finally a sales guy who gets you what you need without wasting your time.

Most of the deal was done over text messages. I was only at the dealership for about 20 minutes and that was just to sign the paperwork and go over the truck. No sales gimmicks or hidden fees. It was nice to not have to tell them no I don t want the service contract 10 times like I ve had to do at other dealerships.

The deal was really good ! My last three trucks have all been Ram and I finally got a good enough deal to get in a Silverado.

I will be back for my next new truck !

Great experience, finance took long (as usual), Maybe due to the Covid-19 Restrictions.

I was able to ask every sales associate questions about the truck I was interested in.

I can say this about all the JS Dealers I ve encountered. It s a weird feeling when you feel a salesman is on your side.

Brooks (my salesman) was very professional and was able to answer or get the answers to my questions.

Regan (Parts/accessories) was prompt and got all the accessories I wanted and at a reasonable price (better than Online)

Service department is a $h!+ show. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality of communication, timeliness of everything (took 2 weeks for some pretty simple stuff). Suggest avoiding them until reviews indicate they've improved; I know I won't be returning.

Group of the most unprofessional idiots I ve ever had to dea with. Originally going in to get an oil change, setting an appointment at 6:40 the only person in the service center took 25 minutes to greet me and total experience for an oil change was 2 hours. Having a lot of time to kill I went to parts to get a cabin air filter and spark plugs. Getting home realizing they gave me the wrong size airfilter. Coming back the next day they had one employee working parts that was unaccounted for for 30 minutes with the door locked to parts. All around terrible exspirience and unprofessional group.

I could have gotten my oil changed at Jiffy Lube 10 times over without an appointment before this dealer could manage to change my oil once. Isn't the point of scheduling an appointment so you don't have to wait as long?

Jason did all in his power to help get parts for my new 2020 HD truck here faster. They put a couple of gallons of gas as well for the multiple trips I had to go in. Overall the issue is fixed and I am happy!

I brought my 2007 Tahoe in for an electrical issue in the door. I could not be more pleased with the service advisor who took care of me. I would give some credit to the tech if I knew who he/she was. Dan Long is a true professional who is honest and has an extremely high anount of integrity. It's refreshing in these times to be treated with respect and compassion during a difficult time when your only vehicle needs service and your new to the area and don't have anyone to rely on. Dan Long is an amazing employee who understands how to talk to people in a clear, upfront, and honest way. I know my way around cars and mechanics pretty well and he sensed that and spoke to me in terms that I understand. I am pleased to leave this review, even though I don't normally leave reviews. Please make sure Dan Long is recognized for what he brings to your customers and your dealership. He is truly a gem and would be a great manager for you guys. I will be coming back for my future Chevrolet needs.

So Tyson was my sales associate, and though he was newer @ the dealership, I think he did a great job. We bought a used 2012 Chevy suburban, which needed some work, and he agreed to all the amendments we requested. Within a week of when we purchased the car, he followed up to let us know the service team was ready to make the amendments, and even picked up the vehicle from our house because my wife I just had a baby. I also want to say the finance team was awesome, because they got us a great rate to begin with, but after talking further with the bank got us an even lower rate the following Monday and saved another $500 over the life of our loan. I asked what their incentive to get me a better rate after I had signed papers was, and Allen said, " because we want you to have the kind of experience that would make you want to buy again." Honestly, I just might because it has been great.

Great place to buy a car. Worked with Mark via phone/email. I located a car here through USAA. They called me with in 10mins and had a great walkaround of the car in youtube as well. Car was held for me until I could make time to drive to SLC. It was parked out front and ready for me. Took about 1.5-2hours of paperwork and I was out the door with my new Car. Thanks!

The past experience I had left a bad taste in my mouth. I was in for a service on 11/22/17 for my 2012 Chevy Sonic. Everything was fine until the end of the service when I drove my car off the lot and immediately the check engine light came on. I took it back to Dan Long, who was helping me that day, and he ran a test for the check engine light and said something about how it was nothing, something to do with voltage, and he shut it off. So I drove away again. Not more than 30 minutes later I was running errands, and on comes the check engine light. So I decide to go to Auto Zone and have them run a free test for me. Auto Zone states that he was seeing there was a fuel problem. I then call Dan Long and leave a voicemail stating how the light is on again, and I need it fixed ASAP. That was the second time I was about to drive back to the dealership just to get told it was nothing and for Dan to shut off the light. I never ended up hearing back from Dan, and as it was the day before Thanksgiving, I had an insane amount of errands to run. I feel for a $49.00 service, I shouldn t be dealing with going back and forth to the dealership when there must be a bigger issue with my vehicle. I m disappointed with this experience and I will be calling them back, on my next day off to yet again, drive there and have my car looked at. I hope the issue can be corrected this time and I can go back to loving Jerry Seiner Service.

DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely terrible experience. I was sold a service at the time I bought my car, when I called to schedule the service they told me that I had waited to long and I could no longer receive the service I paid for, yet they still kept my money. not only that, when I purchased the car they played several games with us. They told us a price and then kept going back on what they said. They are a dishonest company that thrives on trickery and scams. Definitely not a company I would do business with again.

Took my car in today for an oil change and they did a great job, gave me good information about synthetic oil and conventional oil and I even got a video from the mechanic inspecting little details which were great, however, the process took a little over two hours with an appointment but overall pretty satisfied with their work.

Great experience! Appreciate the COVID safety precautions.

Was given great customer care for the first time since our purchase in 16. Seems new management has things on the up and up. Cameron in the service center was amazing and really went the extra mile to help fix a few issues with our Silverado. Very happy with this visit!

I have bought many cars over the years, probably over 20 in the last 30 years and this was one of the best experiences ever. The staff was very professional and cordial and didn't try to pressure me in to purchasing extended warranties or anything I may not have wanted, they merely informed me of what my options were, they were very amenable to price and what I wanted to pay for the vehicle I purchased. I have never bought a Chevrolet before but I probably will again.

Don't waste your time or money coming here. Bought a car and paid for the 5 year or 100k mile extended warranty...that expired a year after we bought the car! We are finding this out 2 years later! Our car always has issues and is not reliable. I am always without my car 2-3 days anytime I bring it in or am sitting for 3 hours waiting for an oil change that is pre scheduled. We will never come back and do business with this company and will never recommend to anyone.
The only good experience we have had is with Dan in the Service Department who is the only one who cares about what is going on and listens to concerns. He needs a raise.

Hands down the worst service I have experienced! I called at 1:09 and spoke to Dan about my wireless charging port in my car not working. He said "Come in tomorrow" at 8:45 and we'll get you it will take about 45 minutes". Fast forward to this morning, I sat there for 20 minutes when the guy putting the covers in my car acknowledged me. Then Marg called me over, my appointment wasn't even in their records, she was annoyed, even more so when I said it was Dan that I spoke to yesterday. She then takes me over to Dan who literally could care less that we are there. He then says it will be at least 2 until they can look at it. That didn't work as we already talked about 45 minutes... I called Larry Miller, which to no surprise has already stepped up the service... Nice job Jerry Seiner!

I visited Jerry Seiner Chevrolet Cadillac for the first time this past Friday evening for a routine oil change and troubleshooting of some issues I was having with my vehicle's tire pressure. From start to finish, all I have is high praise for the service I received there. Every member of the staff was courteous, friendly, and eager to help, and the work on my car was done thoroughly and quickly. I really appreciated their extended service hours and their comfortable waiting area. Tim Smith explained all of the costs and procedures in an understandable way and was very reasonable with the price. Thank you for such a phenomenal experience.

By far, the customer service was the best part of my experience. The communication was clear and customer service was good. They gave me a list with possible parts and prices. I knew I would probably only need two of the things to get it running, but it was good to know what I might need in the future for my car.(It was a computer error) I think the free car wash tokens are a great part of customer service that keeps customers coming back. I would revisit for their quality customer service.

I handled almost all of the details over the phone with Lance, and when I arrived at the dealership they had our new truck fueled and waiting on the showroom floor. Dan got us right in for the paperwork, and had us done in 30 minutes. Lance showed us around the dealership, I got to say hello to Dan, Nathan, and Kyle (an awesome service team). We came in to look at a car, that luck would have it, had been sold. We were then shown a beautiful 2006 Acura MDX that was close to our price range with all the specifications we were looking for and more. Lloyd McBride was so nice and didn't pressure us at all. He was very personable and friendly and really listened to what we were saying. We came back 2 days later to test drive the car and were helped by Devon. Devon was also very friendly and let us test drive the car and explained everything about it. He then worked really hard to help us negotiate an amazing deal. It was close to closing for the day and Devon had prior engagements but pulled some strings and then Lloyd stayed late to help us finish paperwork so we could leave that day with the car. All in all Jerry Seiner was a great dealership with wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. We are so happy with our beautiful car and with the service from everyone from sales, service and finance; especially Lloyd and Devon. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. We would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great car and a good seamless experience.

We are STILL completely in shock and blown away by the multitude of continuous LIES we were told by NUMEROUS employees at Jerry Seiner Chevrolet .

Fact #1 ...We wired money to Jerry Seiner to purchase a car , that was to be shipped to us in North Dakota via Jerry Seiner .

Lie #1 from Jerry Seiner "We are in the process of getting bids for shipping your car, as soon as we secure a transport company the car will be shipped ."
Lie #2 from Jerry Seiner " The car has been shipped "
Lie #3 from Jerry Seiner " We are not sure of the current location of the truck transporting your car we will research and get back to you."
Lie #4 from Jerry Seiner ....a call from Holley Anderson stating ...... " I have spent multiple hours tracking the truck transporting your car, I have finally found it... but I have some very sad news , the truck driver died and we have to find another driver . " ( I wish I were kidding but Holley Anderson stated this herself ...we truly have no words for this )
Lie#5 from Jerry Seiner "We have found another driver , the car is in Wyoming and will be transported to Billings Montana and transferred to another transport truck by 9am on 3/29/18. Once the car is transferred the truck will be on its way to North Dakota ."

Fact #2 We received a call on 3/30 /18
from Shane Muth of Jerry Seiner .....stating "TRUTH is .....THE CAR WE PURCHASED HAD NEVER ....EVER LEFT THEIR LOT !!!! "

When my husband left a review , Holly had the audacity to respond by saying.....
" Sorry things didn't work out ?" "We did our best , but there were unexpected circumstances with the delivery of the truck?"
Are you kidding Holley ? ( I mean....... you have to be ) We truly can not wrap our brains around a company being run this way and still in business ?????

The most bizarre part to this entire ordeal ? All they would of had to do , is tell us the truth . That they weren't going to be able to deliver the car after all,and return our money , we would of been dissappointed , but we would of understood . Instead they lied , for a month straight ??? Why ??????

The only thing they did do is return our money Finally .......after a months time and AFTER we had threatened to involve the law ....

This year same problem occur and I'm been charged $780.00 or $350.00 to fix it just to pass emission how helpful is that. Over all, I had to paid diagnostic fee when I told them the exact problem and its recorded in your data base. Why diagnose when u know the problem. That's how bad my experience was with you so tell me...

The lack of communication at this dealership was beyond horrible. I attempted to buy a used Tundra from them. I first called and they told me they just got the car on their lot and said I could come take a look so I drove 45 minutes to see the car and upon arrival they told me that I could not test drive it because it hadn't been inspected yet. I was a little frustrated that they didn't tell me this prior to me driving, but I understood and said that's fine give me a call when I can come back and drive the car. They later called me and I drove 45 minutes back out to their dealership to test drive the car. They had told me that the cracked windshield would be fixed and that the car had been cleaned. Upon arrival the cracked windshield was not fixed and the car was full of animal hair on all of the seats and carpets and the floor mats were missing. I asked them if it had been cleaned and they told me their cleaning people hadn't gotten to it yet and the windshield guys were out a couple more days. I said that's fine when will you have the windshield done and the car cleaned so I can come back and buy the car. They told me that the windshield would be fixed by the next day and that they'd have it detailed for me. I drove another 45 minutes one way the next day and the car was still full of animal hair and the windshield was still cracked. At this point I had taken off from work early 3 times I had driven over 4 hours round trip and the car was still not in the condition that they told me it would be in. I told them I was leaving and to give me a call back when the car was actually ready. I later contacted the sales manager there to express my frustrations and to try and ask him if he would personally let me know when the car was ready. Instead what I got was an extremely defensive and rude manager on the phone. He kept telling me that it was a used car and that I can't expect perfection (which is not what you want to hear from someone selling you a car) and explaining to me why this whole thing is my fault. The conversation ended with him telling me that he wouldn't have sold me the car anyway because I sounded too upset and then hung up on me.

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car from anyone and I would never recommend these people to my worst of enemies. I dealt with Leo, Tristan, and I believe the manager's name was Lance, but I was too busy getting told that I'm not worthy of their vehicles to hear his name clearly.

I have a 2012 Chevy Impala that we bought brand-new in 2012. I took my 2012 Chevy Impala down to Jerry Steiner Chevrolet in Salt Lake City. I had to do a Utah State Emission Test on the vehicle. I wanted my 2012 Chevy Impala checked out thoroughly for any types of problems that could possibly occur. Noted I ve never have been to Jerry Steiner Chevrolet before. I met with the service writer Randy Kehr. I explained to Randy on what I would like have done to my car. Randy said no problem we have a cool way to show the customer on the way we check out your vehicle, by using a video camera and then we send it to your phone or your email. Randy was very polite and very helpful to me. Randy gave me a gift card for a free cup of coffee that made my day. Good cup of coffee always works with me also Randy gave me a token for a free car wash. I had a very good experience on the way I was treated at Jerry Steiner Chevrolet, with the employee Randy Kehr. I will definitely come back to visit Jerry Steiner Chevrolet on all my vehicles for work if I needed. Sincerely: John Willhard.

Just bought a new truck at the Jerry Seiner downto...

Just bought a new truck at the Jerry Seiner downtown location. Weeks earlier they were wonderful to keep me posted on what trucks were available and what rebates applied.
I found the truck I wanted, with the price I expected. I have access to over 1000 dealerships across the US, none could have met my expectations better.
Thanks to salesperson Lloyed McBride and the Management team to get me a great trade in allowance and great deal on my new wheels.

It took 21 days for them to fix my transmission no updates says my number was wrong by 1 number 9 instead of 8 and only complaint is was offered was a headlight fix under warranty and the work like like something I could have done I 5 mins at home so to sum un I payed for a car payment with no use of a car week end guys refused me loaners so when I was home I couldn't do any thing I will never take my car again car wasn't detailed like it says in my contract and I had coolant alo er my motor I had to wash off and there is 5 new rock chips in the hood of my car

When I called the service desk I got an appointment the very next day and they let me drop my car off the night before which was very helpful. My service was covered by warranty and my car was completed before they told me it would be done. I am very pleased with my service experience and Jerry Seiner!

I wouldn t stop by this place to get a free popcorn. I inquired about a used F150 that was listed on KSLon 10/02 /20. This truck was listed as F150 Platinum. Because of Covid I inquired if I could please get some photos of this truck. No one could find this unicorn. I received an email from a Lee Blanco. ( If that was a legit salesman s name)Finally Mr. Blanco tells me it s arrived. it s on the lift. I am told no this truck is an F150 XLT. Tired of the games I replied via email I ll shop some where else: Please keep in mind there was some confusion about what this F150 was. Here is Lee Blanco s professional customer friendly salesman of the year email to me :

It's not dealerships. You are shopping salespeople against eachother on a truck that's at a different location at a time when we are understaffed and expecting pictures of a truck that's a different trim than originally posted and not considering the options readily available when provided. I understand if you are interested in a car we don't have immediate access to and I get you want pictures but if you went in there already and tried to work a deal no matter what of course they are going to give me excuses on why I cant go get it right now. I gave you an option on our lot and obviously you've already been shopping around. Frankly it seems like you are frustrated because you tried to play a system and it backfired. You could easily get one of the other many xlt's we have including that one, or the one I already sent you that has pictures up already. Let me know if you want to actually purchase a truck and we can help you but it doesn't work if you try to play games with dealerships and get mad that your games didn't work. It perpetuates a false narrative that you only created on yourself. let me know.

I went to Jerry Seiner Chevrolet just exploring and looking at the new Chevy's. Sarah Holen was the saleswoman that helped me and she treated me very well. She made sure that I wasn't pressured and felt comfortable while helping me learn more about the different car models. I highly recommend Jerry Seiner Chevrolet if all of their sales people are just like Sarah.

Great experience. So we was at a dealership in Layton a few months ago and after more than 8 hours and being offered vending machine food for dinner while sitting in a tiny room with dirty toys and no a/c we still didnt get a car. Walking in off the street we was in an out in 3 hours. That's picking the right car for us, getting financing, lunch, signing and driving off the lot. Which is amazing. Keith was so much help and the entire staff was friendly an more than generous with lunch and entertainment for my five year old. Im not talking vending machine junk and a crappy coloring book. They bought my family lunch from the on site cafe, Iceberg. My little one was able to watch cartoons and the big screen an was giving juice box. He walked around to visit nearly everyone, seen the shop. Was telling jokes with some of the staff. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Great experience! In other Chevy services, they brought me a list of recommended services which exceed $1000 at every visit, plus they charged extra for diagnosis. Staff at Jerry Seiner was very kind and helpful. They didn t charge any for diagnosis, knowing that I would come back for an ordered part. They resolved the problem in one day and sent me home with a free ride. Service fee was also reasonable.

I did leave a review about an oil change service and the not so good service I received, and was asked via google to leave a review for jerry seiner in SLC. I will say this again! Don t come here if you want decent costumer service, as in following through with what you are told and quality of services! They are sketchy at best... sorry to say.

As of the new year 2020 still have not received a call.

Impossible to reach the service department to just...

Impossible to reach the service department to just get your oil changed. You get transfered around until you just hang up and try again. We bought 2 new vehicles in 2016 and every time I call for service it is the same thing. Very frustrating when you are busy. 3 times i have talked to someone and they promised someone would call me back. Never has anyone returned my call. Once you are in the dealership the staff is great. If the poor phone service continues we will find a new dealership.

I brought it in on a Tuesday and received no communication of status on Wednesday or Thursday. I called Friday and could not speak to anyone in the service department after several attempts. I left messages but received no timely reply. Finally frustrated I asked for the service manager on Monday. I was connected to Kylee (customer service rep?) who told me the part just arrived and it would be installed that day and be ready Tuesday. I had to call on Tuesday to find out if it would be ready. Very poor communication with customers! When I arrived to pick it up I was told it wasn't the blower motor after all and it need a new module. So, the original diagnoses was incorrect. I asked for Kylee when I picked it up but she had gone home. (Holly was very nice at cashier.) I have not received a phone call of apology or offer to compensate me for this huge inconvenience. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with Seiner. Aaron Fowler always took good care of me and communicated throughout the experience. Since he is no longer there, I can no longer recommend this dealership. There is a breakdown somewhere. I don't even know if this information reached the service manager.

Our Chevy Blazer had a check engine warning light. It took Jerry Seiner 2 weeks to diagnose and repair the problem. But at least it seems to be fixed. Giving us a higher priority would have been nice.

Only 2 days into our first foray into retirement t...

Only 2 days into our first foray into retirement travel, our Chevrolet truck broke down in the evening (purchased used so no warranty). Not knowing much about newer cars and trucks (especially diesels) we expected to end our trip and spend a considerable amount of money, just to make it home. Dan Long contacted me the next morning and asked some questions concerning the truck and told me he would get back to me soon. About an hour later he called and said we did not need a new engine and he could have it fixed that day. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we were told that the shroud protecting the injector wire on 2 cylinders had frayed and caused the problem. My worries were that it could happen later on in our vacation. He said that the technician had checked all the others and these 2 were the only bad ones. Then he told us to "have a nice trip. Enjoy yourselves".
Our trip was 7 weeks and we drove 9100 miles zig-zagging across the country. The repairs worked and the service.....we have heard all the disaster stories about shops taking advantage of out-of-state customers. Not so at Jerry Seiner. Honesty and integrity seem to rule there. Hats off to them for great service and treatment.

I sold my car in Dec 2014. I have been looking for the right car, right price, right mileage, and with a warranty. It has been a long hard search. Because I sold my car I was riding my bike all over Salt Lake and down to Sandy test driving cars. Of course, every time I came into a car dealership with my bike nobody wanted to help me. Probably because I look like a young girl with no money. Which is not the case. I walked into Jerry Seiner and they were happy to help a girl on a bike. They actually stored my bike in their Break Room until I got back from my test drive. Larry Dixon was great! The car I wanted to look at was 2 miles down the road at their Kia shop. I was interested in the Used 2013 Kia Sportage. Larry drove me down (so I didn't have to ride my bike). Larry started talking to me about what I wanted, payments, warranty, etc. This was the first time in 4 months that someone really wanted to sell me a car. Everywhere else I went (Mark Miller Subaru, Auto Experts of Utah, Ken Garff Hyundai Lindon, etc) just said, "This is the price, have a great day." Larry let me take the car as far as I wanted so I could get a really good feeling for it. I told him what price, etc I was looking for and he said, "We can make this happen". After the test drive we went back to the Chevy Dealership and starting working out a deal. Larry was very informative and explained ever step of the process. I was really impressed that Jerry Seiner won't buy a car with a salvaged title. This lets you know that everything on their lot has a clean title. They also Pre-Own Certify their cars so you have the opportunity to add an extended warranty if you want. The other dealerships did not Certify their Pre-Owned cars so they didn't have an option for extended warranties. That made all the difference to me. Once we had signed the paperwork and I got all of my questions answered we headed out to my new car. Instead of leaving me on the curb and saying, "Thanks!" Larry went a step further. He helped me load my bike in the back and then he got in the car with me and helped me get the blue-tooth setup to my phone. I was very impressed with his level of service. There were only 2 small bummers. 1 - They didn't fill my gas tank to Full. It was at a quarter tank. I think if you buy a new car you should drive off the lot with a full tank. Although by the time paperwork was done it was 10pm so that could be why. 2 - After I drove away I realized there was a small chip in the Windshield. It has already been filled but I was bummed when I found it. Other than those 2 tiny things I felt like I got a fair deal, fair price, great service, and a great car. After 4 months of searching I am really glad I ended up at Jerry Seiner Chevy. If you go to Jerry Seiner Chevy ask for Larry Dixon. He is the best! Thank you Jerry Seiner for not judging a book by its cover!

Over the last 2 years several friends and I have all purchased vehicles from here. Lance Bradshaw is hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. The two purchases I ve made were all done in under an hour! This includes the shopping time and some text/phone calls back and forth with Lance. If you re in the market for a new Chevy or Cadillac, definitely go see Lance. You won t be disappointed.

Took a work truck in for diagnosis and repair. Couldnt get the service advisor to return my phone calls to let me know what they found wrong. After three days I had to drive back to the dealership to get information. Was told the injectors needed to be replaced. They only stock six injectors had to overnight two injectors. Was told it would be done within two days. Called still couldnt get the advisor to answer the phone left messages with no luck. Called and ask for the service manager who after ten minutes finally answered the phone. Only to inform me theres not enough hours in the day to have it done by the time promised. The truck has been there for over a week.Now there telling me it will be next week before it will be done. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone who wants customer service and honesty.

Terrible service and really gives Chevrolet a bad name. I bought a 70k$ duramax for a reason and it wasn't to end up at a dealership like this wasting 8 hours of time to essentially get an oil change.

Long story short, I dropped my truck off to get the "service park assist" looked at and 8 hours later they changed my oil and the "25 year yet" has thoroughly inspected my truck and saw NO PROBLEMS. So I hopped in my truck and sure enough as soon as I turned the key the "service park assist" light is right there first thing, really hard to miss.

Just got my car serviced today. They came to my home picked up my vehicle, had it serviced and brought it back home. I was very impressed with their social distancing , they had everything organized so we never had to come in contact. Highly recommend!! They sent me a video from underneath my car so I could feel comfortable about their inspection. I can t say enough good. Highly recommend!

Charged $700+ to replace headlight and ballast and apparently did neither as both are out 2 days after getting the car back. There appears to be water insinde the headlight now as well leading me to beleive it wasn't sealed correctly. Just can't seem to ever get decent service from these guys. I wish there was a more convenient Cadillac Dealer that I could use I would never use these guys if I didn't have to.
