We love Seiner, believe it or not here is a list of cars we ve owned since 1992 all purchased from Jerry Seiner some from the salt lake city location, and some from the bountiful location. Used red Toyota truck, used blue Toyota truck, used 4-runner, kia Sophia, kia sportage, Chevrolet S10 ZR2, used ford thunderbird, Pontiac vibe, Pontiac Aztec, GMC envoy, Hummer h3 5cyl, hummer h3 alpha, BMW x5, Porsche cayenne, H2 Limited, and a Chevrolet Equinox. Just recently our Equinox was in your body shop and I left them feedback on a job well done, and thought I would do the same for the big store. Thanks to Chris and his team of experts keeping us on the road 16 different times in twenty years. We ll be back!!!

Dan Long was very helpful and extremely friendly. I was also impressed how fast they got me done considering other Chevy dealerships said 6 plus hours. I was done in 45 minutes. Thank you to the staff and especially Dan.

Passing through on a trip from Minnesota to Califo...

Passing through on a trip from Minnesota to California. I appreciate they were able to fix the issue by 3p.m. on a Saturday so I didn't need to get a rental car. They didn't secure the center cap on the left front wheel (removed to fix axle breather) so I lost it on way back to Minnesota. Now I need to purchase a new one at a cost of ~$65-$85. I'm not happy about that.

Recently I caught my first flat tire on my Jerry Seiner leased vehicle, only to find that the spare tire is the wrong size. I was completely stranded on the side of the road, I was very very unhappy, but I was hardly surprised, because like I explained in my previous review, such is to be expected of the crew here (or most dealerships like this, as these types of oversights are incredibly common apparently). The cherry on top to my 'side of the road summer-heat stranded adventure', is that when time to get the tire fixed, tow costs to a repair shop and all, the lug nuts for each four rims are the wrong size, were forcefully put on by somebody (I certainly hope Jerry Seiner checks tires of used cars before selling them to families), and stripped the bolt. When purchasing a used vehicle, should you have to pull the spare out of under the car and line it up to the rim to see if it fits? Maybe.. At Jerry Seiner you might have to. Be sure to bring your lug wrench too. On a plus side, car still runs fine after years, but with Jerry Seiner Chevrolet's oh-so consistent oversights, a nail in the road can break down the facade scary quick.

Called to setup an appointment to get my oil leak looked at. When I got there I was told they didn t even have my information in the system. After they looked at my car, I needed parts ordered and was told it would be a two day wait. I never received a call once. I never had any of my voicemails returned. Never doing business here.

I had a great experience working with James. He helped me figure out the best service for me given my limited budget. He communicated with me and followed up on multiple occasions to make sure I was being taken care of. He was kind, respectful, and didn't waste my time. I would highly recommend James to any of my friends or colleagues.

Great customer service at Parts counter. Just need...

Great customer service at Parts counter. Just needed a simple 40 amp little fuse and they just gave me a good used one that was pulled out of a wrecked car. I was in and out within 2 minutes.
The small and simple things are what keep me a Chevy Fan.

I'm very satisfied that Charlie Brown, Eric Miller and the rest of the crew at Jerry Seiner got me the best vehicle, the best deal, and the best financing that I could possibly get. I trusted that Charlie was giving me the best information regarding the vehicles that were within my price range. Although it was a long process, I know they worked hard for me and I LOVE my new 2012 Kia Sorento.

Jerry Seiner Chevrolet has a great atmosphere. They help take out all of the nerves that come with the car buying experience. Definitely ask for Mickey Sprague the next time you visit I especially appreciate the help and dedicate he gives to his clients.

Impeccable facility. Helpful, courteous staff, most noteworthy of which is Karen Bell. Her thorough knowledge of vehicles allowed her to exhibit trucks suited to our specifications, not the trucks they would prefer us to buy. She was patient and accomodated every concern and request professionally and without hesitation throughout our visit. I highly recommend Jerry Seiner for your next vehicle purchase.

Pretty easy going experience. We've been looking for a car for a while so we stopped by and looked around. The staff is also very helpful (not to mention attractive). Ryan was really attentive and wanted us to find a car that fit the description of what we needed. Didn't buy this time but I'll definitely be coming back (even if only to see Ryan again;))

At first I wasn't happy with not receiving any follow up's. I was the one to have to keep calling in to follow up to see if I could get an approx time to pick up my car, when parts would be in, etc. I had to go out of my way multiple times to get answers. It would REALLY help if people documented any updates under the accounts, this way when a customer calls in to get an update, its available & have to be transferred to random people or be put on hold while the employee calls the personal cell of the person working on my car to get the information. As it got closer to picking up my car, I still had to follow up a lot, but I was treated much better and felt a little better. If I need services again, I'm hesitant to go back to the same dealership for any services.

Kenye was awesome to work with. Bent over backwards to help us! Would recommend working with him! They helped us out even after hours due to our tow not comming on time. Got updated with text and phone calls with him directly and fixed my car! It works great!

Haven't heard anything back about our car. We dropped it off about two weeks ago because our car kept dying on the freeway and had to leave it at the dealership to get back home to Cedar City. No reply to our messages we have left. They didn't have our phone number in the system when we tried to find out information. We don't know what has happened to our car so far. It's frustrating and unprofessional.

UPDATE: We did get contacted eventually after leaving a one star review online. They tried to fix our car to their best ability. It works a bit better but it still dies.

Stay away from this place!

We bought a set of four tires from this location a month ago. One of the tires completely blew out the wall while driving on the freeway. I took the tire to the shop to be replaced. I made an appointment but still had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour. I was then told that they didn't carry the tire and would have to special order it. And then they told me it would cost $285! Wait a minute. I bought the tire a month ago! Isn't there any warranty? Nope! Not even enough customer care to stand behind their product! The best the would do is split the cost with me. Great, so I get to pay $143 to replace a tire they should just replace.

Now, the worst part. I just checked and found out Discount Tire would replace the tire for $167! So, the place I didn't even buy the tire from is almost as cheap as the place I did buy the tire from. The one that is being so generous to "split" the difference with me!

No thanks! I'll take my business somewhere else. By the way Seiner, I manage a fleet of company vehicles. We're about to replace a fleet of vans. You won't be getting any of our repair or purchase business anymore. All because you wouldn't stand behind a tire you sold.

The most helpful folks! Colin, Jared, and Daniel worked together to help us out when my spouse locked the keys in the truck. They go us a valet key and rescued us!! They were so kind and helpful, not a hesitation to help, I can't express how much we appreciated it.

If you want to buy a car here, I recommend you fee...

If you want to buy a car here, I recommend you feed yourself before you come in and take a half day off work because that's how long it's gonna take.

Just bought a car here last night. Traded in my old car. I sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours waiting for them to process my paperwork. It was so cold in the waiting room that I never took off my double layer coat and hat and I still couldn't feel my toes. When I expressed my concerns to the salesman, he told me he had on long underwear and couldn't feel how cold it was. It got to the point where I asked for my old car keys back because I was so sick of waiting, so cold, and so hungry that I was ready to walk from a great deal. Interestingly, that was when they said oh the paperwork is done, come sign it. In the room, the finance guy went over things so quickly that I was confused and wasn't aware until after I signed the paperwork that I had just purchased a warranty for half the price of the car. I literally feel like I was held hostage here, in freezing conditions, and that I signed the paperwork under duress to GTF outta there!! Buying a car is supposed to be fun and exciting. I drove 4 miles on my new car and I already hate the damn thing because of the buying experience. I WILL NEVER EVER BOTHER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. Ridiculous.

I am so disappointed in Jerry Seiner. This is the first negative review I have ever left for any service or product. If you buy from this dealership, know that what is promised (free oil changes) will be challenged by the service department. They will require you to pay. And if you are like myself where there are problems with your vehicle, communication from the service department is the worst I have experienced. One manager past me to another that has yet to return my call. I left multiple messages on multiple days with no return call. I am now resigned that it I am better off finding a mechanic that stands behind a part they installed than to rely on Jerry Seiner.

I have been trying to reach the service department at both the SLC and SO. Jordan locations for 2 days now. You get transferred and usually nobody picks up, or calls when you leave a message. If they do pick up they immediately find a reason to transfer you to "the person who does that" and again you leave a message that does not get returned. What happened to dealership customer service? I thought they wanted business. Horrible customer service!!!

I dropped my car off here a week ago to have some work done (the work was for a problem that we'd previously had them fixed, but we had the same problem a month later, so it should have been covered by their warranty) and was told it would be looked at the next morning. I never heard back, and when I called that afternoon they said they'd forgotten about it and would make sure it got done the next day. I've called twice a day since, left voicemails, sent emails, anything I can think of. I've been told that their service department is busy with other customers and that "they'll get back to me". A full week later, not one word from them. Maybe a review will get their attention and MAYBE we'll get a call back? Happy to update my review if we ever hear back from their terrible service department.

Currently I have a 1 star rating for this dealership because they can't find my van. If they find it I will update the Stars to an appropriate rating. Their customer service desk told me it wasn't there, but didn't have the self-starter initiative to get up and go look for it, so I'm going in there in person.
