Not your average car dealership! Not only was it a great sales experience but when I needed some support after the purchase, they stepped up and made it happen. Horrible experience at this dealer! I am a veteran and a firmean and will Never shop here again and will tell everyone I know NOT to go here! I ended up buying an SUV here, then it all went wrong! Not only are they not very knowledgeable on their vehicles, they are liars and will say anything to get you in a vehicle. Their "chevy certified" vehicles are a joke, they say they inspect the vehicle and everything works..... Not True! Chevrolet Headquarters will be getting a call from me soon to tell them of their scam! After spending 40k+ I expect better customer service and promises to be kept. To many issues with this dealer to name on review. Don't get scammed like I did, their are plenty of better dealers out there!

Not impressed with Jerry Seiner Chevrolet....I went for a noise and ended up with a bill over $500.00 and the same noise...went back the nest day for the noise and was told it was something that just need grease and I need joint on my lower control arm and boom another bill for over $400.00...after checking with my local mechanics.....I was told I paid more then double of what they would have charged me....Tired of being RIPPED OFF...Don't take your vehical to Jerry Seiner...You'll Get SCREWED!

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Chevrolet Traverse, and I was quite disheartened at the fact that the fuel gauge showed that the vehicle had less than 1/4 tank of fuel upon my taking ownership. I asked the salesman, Jordan, about this, and he informed me that the Seiner group does NOT give you a vehicle with a full tank of fuel unless it is a new vehicle. I was assured that there was enough fuel to get me home as he had put two gallons in the tank when the tank has a 20 gallon tank. As I was about a quarter of the way home, the low fuel gauge came on. Before getting home, I had to fill up the tank on the vehicle in order to ensure that I did not run out of fuel. To Jordan's credit, he offered to have me drive him to a station where he would fill the tank on his personal credit card. If the dealership is not willing to give me a vehicle with a full tank of fuel, when I am spending in excess of $20,000, there is something severely wrong with this scenario.

This is an awesome dealership! We have been buying cars from Jerry Seiner since we bought our first suburban from them in 2004. I did my homework on a new 2012 Chevy Silverado, Jerry Seiner gave me a no haggle, rock bottom price that was $500 lower than the lowest price I could find at other dealerships, ksl, and autotrader. The best part of our buying experience has always been their customer service from their sales staff and managers. There is a reason why Lance is the top sales person for the past 8 years...honest, extremely helpful and superb customer service!! We will be buying more cars from them in the future.

Thank you for your friendly and prompt service during both visits. The store is very clean and I like that service is open until Midnight during the week.

Access to the dealership via surface roads can be tricky, especially if you miss your exit. Free coffee, tea, or water would be nice. The check in area was clean, well lite and open. The service consultant was very helpful and quickly took my information, reviewed the service provided, and showed me to the waiting area.

The guys here really did a great job fixing out 2005 GMC truck and the price was great. We where expecting to pay over 2300.00 and it was just a simple thing that we could not see and they only charged us 300.00. thank you Jerry seiner for ur help . Should we have another problem like this again we'll definitely be be back God for bid.

My company purchased 2018 Chevy Malibu's. One of my co-workers as well as my Malibu's wireless charging port's seem to not be working. We called Jerry Seiner Chevy 10/23 at 1:09 PM and spoke to Dan in service. He let us know to bring one car in and made an appointment with us at 8:40 AM. Told us it would only take 45 minutes to get it figured out. We went in on time, pulled into the servicer bay, and stood there for roughly 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. It happened to be the gentlemen putting the paper floor mat and seat cover in the car. We stood for another 5 minutes before Marg called us over. We told her our name and our appointment time. She said she doesn't see it in the system and was instantly irritated. We told her we spoke to Dan. She wrote down what we needed ( Wireless charging ) and walked us over to Dan. She stated to him we called in and what we needed but did not see it in the system. He threw his hands up and said " ok ". He then looked at us and said it was not him we spoke to and he knows nothing about it. We said can we just have someone look at it real quick anyway? He said it would be no earlier than 2:00 PM before they could get it in. We stated that will not work for us. He again just said " ok ". We said we will just take it somewhere else and he said " That's fine ". We will not be going back to Jerry Seiner. I understand mis-haps but this place was very un friendly! We called Larry Miller Chevy and they got us right in!

My dad is the biggest Jerry Seiner fan that I know. My husband and I wanted to buy a truck and we looked at Dodge Rams, but my 6'6" husband does not fit in them. The next step was a Chevy. My husband is retired Navy and uses USAA car buying option. It didn't matter that other dealerships were blowing up my husband's phone, we headed right for Jerry Seiner knowing that Dad has purchased his last 5 or 6 cars/trucks there and raves about them. We walked in the front door and were greeted by Karen Bell. We had the BEST truck buying experience ever and know why dad will not go anywhere else. Karen was amazing and knowledgeable. She actually cared about what we wanted instead of just trying to make a sale. What can I say..."Father Knows Best!" We are Jerry Seiner fans for life!

Cameron in the Service Center was very helpful. When I got to the service center, I added some recommended maintenance to the appointment I had made for a airbag recall. Cameron was knowledgeable about what needed to be done for my car; also he offered lunch or have a shuttle drive me somewhere since I would have to wait for hours. I opted to stay in the cafe and work on homework. It was a great view of the mountains from the balcony, and the nicest waiting room. I enjoyed very tasty soup in the cafe. When my car was ready Cameron looked over the invoice, caught an error and saved me from overpaying. Thankyou!!

Brought my car in on a Thursday to have the update...

Brought my car in on a Thursday to have the update to the MyLink system for Android Auto. Asked for two other services to be done at the same time. Picked up my car at 6 p.m. was told everything was done but after I got home found out they just refreshed the software, not updated. When I called to ask why it didn't get done I was told to bring it back on Monday or Tuesday and they would need it for half of the day to do the update. No explination of why it wasn't done in the first place. When speaking to another service tech he informed me that the update was installed but there's a known issue by Chevrolet that the update don't work on all vehicles and that's why it's not working, spoke to Chevrolet and they said it works. If you go here just be prepared things might not go as you planned. I guess I have to go find a new dealer to do try the update.

Last May we had trouble with the key fobs to our 2012 Chevy Cruze LTZ; they were not being recognized by the car, making it necessary to insert a key into the console in order to start the car.

While they totally flubbed their service on this occasion, causing us to go without our car over the Memorial Day holiday (without any advanced notice; we called on Saturday p.m. to find they had closed early with our car locked inside...), they recently came back to us and apologized for our inconvenience. The GM actually asked me what I thought would be a fair recompense for the inconvenience, even though it occurred three months ago.

I have used this dealership for years and have appreciated their open and honest sales staff, their parts and service department that stays open late, and the reasonable parts prices (for the most part) that they offer.

While it seems they have gone through a bit of a rough patch in the service department (my biggest irritation has been them never calling back when they say they will, but I'm told they are putting a new system in place to better address their call volume, which was overwhelming their employees), with my latest encounter I found people their who are truly interested in improving their performance and want to earn my business.

If you have had a bad experience their recently, I would urge you to contact a manager and explain your position. I'm sure that if you give them a chance, they will turn you into a happy customer.

I wasted my time waiting for this appointment today and I could've went to a dealership that would've loved my business like Salt Lake Valley GMC Buick. Well Jerry Seiner you've lost a long time customer.

They have a no pressure sales approach. They are average for a large dealer. Overall good experience. Finance guy I didn't like though. He was your typical finance guy, slide of hand, try and inflate the price with over priced warranties and fees.

I had to get my entire screen/cue system for my 2013 Cadillac SRX replaced (Which is ridiculous to begin with. What computer dies after 4 years?) . For some reason, it took over 2 weeks to get the part and complete the repair. They were able to tell me the problem the next day - well, they promised to call that same night but I ended having to call them myself the following evening. And that was pretty much the process from then on. They tell me why it's going to be a longer wait to get the part and that they'll give me an update by X day. Then X day comes and I don't hear anything so I have to call them. It was an awful experience. It's not at all what I'd expect from a luxury car maker. I would truly never buy another Cadillac as long as I'm in Salt Lake City because I would absolutely not want to work with that dealership again and there are no other options.

Previous experience:
Everyone I interacted with was nice, especially the cashier Holly, but all of that is outweighed by the fact that my car is still experiencing the issue I brought it in for. On top of that, the service order says the mechanic couldn't recreate the issue yet they recommended I get a $200 transmission fluid flush. I specifically asked on the phone if they were able to experience the issue and he (Bill) said yes which is why I agreed to the work. You can imagine how much trust I've lost in your service department.

One final insult was being charged $50+ for an oil change when you have a package deal of $90 for 3 oil changes. No one suggested that to me.

Only wish they were smarter.... They are not smart enough to listen to you and try to do their best to satisfy customers. The manager James there is the dumbest, keeps repeating same thing over and over, never listens to you. He only cares "selling" part not what the customers want. We spent $200 for their service team to look at the car we were interested, because we weren't allowed to take it off the lot to our mechanic. They did, and the result is some repair needs to be done which relates to the engine. There was a leak that we were told the cost will be some where between $10-3000 to fix. They don't know the repair cost because they need to do more research but because it is sold "as is" they don't want to. After spending almost $200, really. We only wanted them to do one thing (which was to see where the leak was coming from, which is reasonable for the seller to do for within the $200 we gave) to give us the detail of what needs to be done for around this much cost not some where between $10-3000! We know what "as is" means, we can buy it "as is" if we know what's wrong with it & how much it would cost to fix it. Without knowing it and buying the car for half of 10.000, you have to be an idiot. We'd never recommend this place to anyone. When the manager is that dumb, no hope for the company, stupid place.

I did not have a great experience at Jerry Seiner Chevrolet.

I ended up visiting this business two times in a 2-week period. I had a couple of airbag recalls I needed to be done, and the first time I brought my car in they said they had the parts but after waiting an hour they let me know that they did not and needed to order them in. After coming back a second time, they had the parts and they were installed but they recommended a couple of fixes (one being my oil pan) and I told them I'd think about it. All it took to fix the oil pan was to tighten the bolts back down, something they could have easily done but obviously didn't because they wanted to repair something that didn't need to be fixed.

One of my windows was also scratched by the person working on my car. I will never go here again and would never recommend their services to others.

I never buy from dealerships if I can help it, but I was surprised by the customer service and straight forward nature of my transaction. I found the car online and called them to set up a test drive. When I arrived Scott McAtee met me at the Cadillac dealership and showed me the car. The staff stayed late so I could get the car that day and I greatly appreciated this due to a very busy schedule. I will not hesitate to deal with Jerry Seiner and Scott in the future.

I am very happy with the price of my purchase, as well as how well the dealership worked with me. The only reason for the 4 star review is that I had to wait well over an hour just to get my paperwork and write them a check.

I had a very bad experience with another dealership the day prior and was completely over dealing with salesmen, but they were low pressure and very helpful. Thanks for mostly restoring my faith in the car-buying experience.

I called the shop foreman at Jerry Seiner to get alignment specs for a 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Classic for a customer of ours and their alignment machine also did not have the specs listed. I got a call back shortly after by them again stating they had found some success doing some research on the internet to help us find those specs. Sure enough, the information worked! Regardless of that, I was extremely impressed at how they went out of their way for a non paying customer who had a simple question but a difficult answer. They could have easily told me they did not have those numbers any more and left me out to dry, but they did not. They went the extra mile and now I'm writing this review. Keep up the excellent service guys!

So I had a problem with service at Jerry Seiner a few weeks ago. The service department tried to fix it and unfortunately the issue persisted. After contacting the dealership and speaking with the general service manager Stephan and service advisor Tyler J. I was asked to return the truck to the dealership to attempt to resolve the issue. The crew at Jerry Seiner completely and totally restored my faith in the Jerry Seiner Service Department and in the Art of Customer Service. Thank you Seiner for fixing my truck so I can pass it on to my son and come buy a new truck for me.

I Inquired about an SUV and unlike other salesman who boast "you don't have to pay a lot to get the car of your dreams," he actually listened to my entire situation... Instead of telling me, "Thanks for coming in" and turning to his computer. Landon, at Jerry Seiner Chevy, was a decent guy. We did not leave with a car, but have yet to find a good match. That being said, I am not ruiling these guys out for the pure fact that their customer service was the best we received out of the four dealships we visited. Thank you Landon, for treating a human with dignity.

I stopped by Jerry Seiner a couple of days ago. I was looking at the Chevy Cruze and they're so close to the freeway, I decided to go take a test drive.

When I went in, I met Jade. Definite personality. She made the experience fun and worth the stop. She was interested in my situation and tried to point out the things about the car that could make a difference for me. She tried to get me all the facts and details about the car so I could make my own decision, and I liked that.

One other thing I'd say is they had a lot of different colors to choose from and that helps.

Anyway, I'd recommend Jade and Jerry Seiner if you're in Salt Lake.

Maybe because I love them, they love me and my car. I always have a great experience and Dan in Service makes sure i get taken care of. My last oil change I hit 150,000 miles, I've always had Jerry Seiner Service Department care for my car, with that last service. i received a video and they let me know everything looked great and i have another good 120,000 miles left in her.

Check engine light came took it for service I was told that the battery terminals were loose. Did not even put the cover back on the terminals. Drove it home soon as I pulled into the drive way check engine light came on again I had to take the car back just to be billed a second time. Also made me late for work Very unhappy I would give them a half of star if I could.

I am writing this as a review for Jerry Seiner Chevrolet

I just wanted to take a moment and talk about my positive experience with Jerry Seiner Chevrolet. We were recommended to them by a long time customer and we were not disappointed. We have purchased 2 cars both new and used from them and we have also done a trade-in with them, and I must say its been nothing but a pleasant and stress-free experience.

We first purchased a 2008 Pontiac G6 GXP from them and we got a really amazing deal, they made sure we were getting every possible discount we could and the whole process was made very easy they made sure we were happy with everything about the car before we agreed to the purchase, this was around 2010 and still to this day we still drive the car and don't recall having any major issues with it since we've owned it.

Even one of our vehicles that we did not purchase from them, we still take to their service center for any issues that occur and every time they are so courteous and empathetic towards our car issues, and make sure to get fixed in record time. We went to them once for a problem with our ignition and we got our issue fixed for much less then what other mechanics were charging in the area and they were also able to spot an issue that nobody else was able to spot and they fixed it for FREE! That car has not had any issues since that last time we went to them

When we went to trade in our 1999 Jeep Cherokee , we were shocked by how much they were offering to give us for it compared to other popular dealers that accept trade-ins. All of the great service and deals they provide pretty much makes it a waste of time to shop around and look anywhere else because at the end of the day we always end up back with them because of their service and amazing deals.

My family looks forward to going back to them within the month to purchase our 3rd car from them, and i'm fully confident without a doubt its going to be a very pleasant and stress-free experience.

I called ahead of time to let sales know what I was interested in, as we were running short on time...they had what I wanted ready by the time I got there. The sales team and Joey were fabulous! They gave us a great deal on the car that we bought. Very fair and pleasant to work with. The sales team was friendly, professional, courteous, and treated us very well.

Her positive attitude and fun personality made buying our Escalade the least stressful vehicle my wife and I have ever purchased. She had good product knowledge and when she didn't know an answer she went and asked rather than bluffing her way through it. That was a refreshing change form my experiences in the past!! I will buy all my vehicles from her in the future and I have highly recommended her to my friends and family or anyone looking for great vehicle buying experience!

Service department does not return phone calls. This is not the first time having this issue and several times I'm told they have never received the messages at all. I also have been told parts would be ordered and would be in within a couple of days but now 10 days later apparently the part has not been ordered. Maybe it's time to go to another dealer.

Currently waiting on a call from the GM and see what he's willing to do to remedy my terrible experience at this dealership....

I took my car in on Monday night 3/18/19 after work. I had a 7 pm appointment. The service manager said he was not sure when he would get to my car. Service manager called Uber and paid for my ride home. On Tuesday 3/19/19 he called to say that the lugnuts, bolts and wheel would need to be replaced and It would cost about $500. He had to wait for the parts. On Wed 3/20 I called to check and it was almost ready. I went by Uber sent by company. Picked up my vehicle. After I paid they requested my car. But there was some wait time because they had to put air in the tire because it was low. Now the vehicle had already been there 2 days so I don't know why they was not taken care of prior to my arrival. I was glad to have my vehicle repaired and left. When I got home from work on Friday I noticed that a lug nut was missing and called Seiner Chevrolet to tell them that someone had removed a lug nut again but Tim the service manager forgot to tell me about that. They did not put one in. So I asked if I could come in next week to have that done. Now I already had my car there for 2 days, missed work because I had not transportation and then I have to return to have missing lug nut put on wheel. I have no idea why this occurred. After thinking about the experience I was not happy with that.

I scheduled my basic service for 8:00 am. I told them I would come pick it up after work and they said they would send a video of the service as well as call me when it was done. 4:30 came around and I had not received a video or a call so I called to see the status. I spoke with a service writer who said it appeared my vehicle service had not been complete but transferred me to the service writer handling my case. He told me the service was in fact completed and my car was ready to go.
So I headed to the dealer and when I arrived at the cashiers office she couldn't seem to complete my service (This was a pre-paid service, which is my first of 5 free services provided by Chevy/JS). So she calls in a manager from the service writer team and he says the work has not been done based on what is in the computer. They call in the service writer I had been working with and he did another check of my car and the service was not done.
So I sat in the Cafe for about 25 minutes while they completed the routine service. I am pessimistic the tire rotation was done but I am confident the oil was changed. (Small thing, when I got in my car to leave, the technician did not reset the oil percentage in the trip computer. It was easy to do myself, but it could have been easy for him to do too.)
When the service was finally done the cashier rang me up and my service writer gave me 4-$5 tokens to use at the car wash. When I got in my car I noticed my door had a dirty hand print on the handle so I thought I might as well use the tokens to get a car wash. I decided to do the $9 Platinum wash to get a nice clean. I put in my first token, worked fine. When I put in my second token it didn't register the payment. So I put in a third token and it also didn't take. So I was thinking its a $5 token, I owe $4 so these must not be working because it needs exact change. So I tried my credit card to pay the remaining $4 but that also didn't work. So finally, I pressed the Basic Wash for $5 and put in my last token and it worked. I got a basic car wash for $20 worth of tokens. So the gesture was nice, but even that didn't follow through.
Bottom line, I am really disappointed. I scheduled the appointment for first thing in the morning and by 5:00 at night my basic service was not completed. Then when they did completed it I am not sure if they even did everything in the service, namely tire rotation. Lastly, when they tried to show a gesture of good will with the car wash tokens even that failed. It was a poor experience all the way around.

The service was prompt, professional, and enjoyable. I always enjoy taking my car to this particular dealership for these reasons. The Service Specialists are always fantastic and I really do recommend this dealership to friends, family, and co-workers.

I received excellent service from Kelly Park with my vehicle. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into my car and making me feel like they really take care of me as a customer and most importantly take care of my new car. After going to so many dealerships, I found the best service at Jerry Seiner Chevrolet and I appreciated how clean their work shop is. I felt comfortable leaving my car to be worked on And they did and great job. Even the shuttle service was top service. Highly recommend.

Took my daughters equinox there that she bought from Tim Daule because they couldn't read the codes( I think if you sell a brand of cars, used or new you should be able to read the codes) Ron the service guy was awesome and treated her with an enormous amount if respect. She is only 22 and new to car buying and repairs. I appreciate the integrity of a business like Jerry Seiner.
