They sold me the car and then called 3 days later ...

They sold me the car and then called 3 days later and said they had goofed and I owed them $1,000.00. The car was sitting in the parking lot and they said it had been taken back for gas and a washing. It took 3 hours to complete the sale and when they finally did the car was on empty and they didn't want to gas it. Needless to say I won't be back and some of our kids are still looking for cars.

my husband and i brought in our 2011 malibu to trade in for a bigger older car. i was very disapointed that they completely took advantage of us being new to this........ they did not go over everything with us. just a lot of sign here, sign here, and sign here. later we found that they only gave us 10800 for our car wich was blue booked at 14000!!!! then they lost our plates. it has been the worst expirence i have ever had. i dont think i will ever buy a new car again :( :( :(

Then he tells us they close at 8 pm & we have till then to come back. They sold it for more money to someone else when we got back at 630 they were signing the papers. Tipical car salesman out for a buck on someone else's dime

Great experience working with Eli in sales at the Jerry Seiner Chevrolet Dealership. Very patient and a hassle free, no pressure atmosphere. Definitely recommend Eli for your next New or Used car purchase. They have several dealerships throughout the valley and can find what you want.

If i could do zero stars i would. I paid $25,000 dollars for a car that was $20,000 AND listed at that, because the dealership kept my down payment and fully financed the $20,000 instead of applying the $5,000 down payment remainder to the principle after licensing and docking fees. So now, i am paying interest on licensing, taxes, and dealer fees for the remainder of my loan. I needed a car, but had bad credit, thankfully i made enough to cover the added amounts to my auto loan financing. Now my credit is nearly 800 and I make $30,000 more than when i bought the car. This coming year i will be in the market for a HD pickup and i wouldn't go to this dealership if it was the last one around. Talk about sneaky, gutter, and distasteful tactics. Will NEVER buy another vehicle from here as long as i live.

My support specialist, Dan Long, is terrific. I can't say enough great things about him. In fact, all the folks that I've dealt with have been pretty great.

There's something off here, though. Regularly, the symptoms for which I bring in my vehicle cannot be duplicated; even though they are immediately apparent when I get back behind the wheel. Either that or some new problem appears right afterwards. I've lost hours going back and forth; dropping off and picking up my vehicle.

Also, beware their shuttle service. Eesh! I'm a pretty aggressive driver myself but, more than once; for a distance no greater than 3 miles, I feared for my life.

Some things are really great but others just aren't. After years of missteps, I'm afraid the time has come for me to find a new service provider.

Purchased my Silverado from Jerry Seiner Chevrolet...

Purchased my Silverado from Jerry Seiner Chevrolet last March and had a wonderful experience working with Berrett. However, today when I went in to renew my registration, I had a less than pleasant experience. The cashier who assisted me charged my card three times! When I got home and noticed I immediately called the dealership and was transferred to the cashier. The employee s response to my complaint? Not my problem, call the DMV. Mistakes happen and I understand that but the way the cashier handled this situation was rude and unprofessional. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with the DMV to resolve this issue which should not have happened in the first place. I will say the service staff who initially helped me were very professional and good to work with. However, due to the complete unprofessionalism of the cashier who turned a simple transaction into a complete headache I will more than likely be taking my truck to a different dealership for service from now on.

This is what happened to me at Jerry Seiner cadilac, I was working with a salesman on a 2008 ford edge about two weeks ago, we worked a deal but did not come to numbers that worked for me, I told them thanks for the time but no thanks, they called me yesterday and said they were willing to make a deal with me, we agreed on a price over the phone, I told them I was coming down to pick up the car, when I got there they said the car was $300 more than they told me on the phone and that the car was not all wheel drive, wow crazy so far, but it was the car we were looking for so i said ok because we had our hearts set on this car. so when we were doing the paper work they told that they had make another mistake and the was price $1800 more than they said on the phone.we were going to buy a big red bow because this was to be my Wife's Christmas present but the deal did not happen because they gave me one lie after the other, merry Christmas Jerry Seiner. thanks for breaking our hearts for Christmas.

I've been driving around in my new car for a month now and any time I had a question Shane was able to answer it for me. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning in the future for more vehicle purchases.

This dealership is lousy. I took in my Tahoe to get serviced before taking a road trip. I asked the service dept to be sure that my tires were rotated and full of air. But when I got the truck, neither were done! Amazing! In fact, I asked the junior mechanic who was working on my truck if they were done, and he stated "yes" without batting an eye. Trouble is, I watched him service my car. I called him on his lie, he apologized, and performed the needed work. The service manager did nothing but tell junior to "do it right."
The sale dept manager is pretty ineffective too. We went to look at a car, which were comparing to another by another manufacturer. The manager kept criticizing the other manufacturer's car, saying the SAME thing over and over. Was repetition his strongest card? Seriously.

I operate a fire engine and was experiencing some major engine issues. Gmc 5500 engine is a big one and not too many repairs shops could even work on it, these guys fit us in and instantly started on repairs, not only that the mechanic Jacob educated us and gave us tips on what to do if problems came up again. We got in and were able to get back out on fires the same day, very satisfied with their service. Sundance Fire Suppression keeps going, thank you guys.

Something is seriously shady about this dealership...

Something is seriously shady about this dealership, starting with the service center.
Trying to get a hold of anyone is a joke, especially when they screen calls and complain about paying customers in front of customers. Dan and the lady up in the front desk are always extremely rude and very unpleasant to ask for assistance. Dan flip flopped over causes of issues on my car, blamed them on me, very rudely told me I messed up by getting different parts (though it is a GM part), didn t want to explain things to me and refused to give us the codes we asked for and as it turned out, THEY WERE CLEARED WITHOUT PERMISSION! Dan kept trying to play ignorant with us, as to why things STILL weren t finished... I m currently waiting to speak to another manager to get things resolved ASAP, this is highly inappropriate for a place of business.
The collision center is just as big of a joke.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CARS HERE! I will not be buying another GM car either.

I bought my truck here which was a pretty good experience. The salesman was very friendly and not pushy, but after I've tried to take my truck to the service department with very poor results. The first time was for an oil change. They got it right in and it didn't take very long but they didn't top of any of my fluids. My brake fluid was still low and my washer fluid was still empty. Then while I was hauling my trailer up a canyon it started over heating. I took it in to them and they told me that someone forgot to put the radiator cap on tight. So they topped it off and put the cap on right. No problem after that. Then I took it in to them to have a new steering wheel sensor put in. A couple days after the lower dash cover fell off. I took it back in and they noticed someone had broken the clips. They were very professional and ordered a new part and installed it at no cost. Then I was having issues with my transmission and wanted to schedule an appointment for a trans service but wanted to speak with someone at the service department first. My wife and I called a few times and even left voicemails but never heard back. That was pretty much the last straw and we haven't been back.

Sales agent made good efforts, but wasn't able to make us whole on the lemon he sold us. Three months later, the truck still sits at a GM dealer. They won't look at it, haven't moved it, and lie about repairs done to it. GM customer service will not return calls or emails. Have filed a claim under the Utah Lemon Law. Unfortunate this good dealer had to be the subject of GM's lack of integrity. .

This was such an amazing experience! I bought my first car a few weeks ago and I couldn t be happier with my purchase! Tristan really sat down with me and took the time to answer all of my newbie car questions and when it came time to talk numbers him and Keith did a fantastic job helping explain the details to me. Shane also did a wonderful job in explaining all of the warranty/extra coverage options and again answered all of my questions when I didn t understand why I did or did not need specific coverages. I was worried about buying my first car and not knowing a lot about the process because I knew that made me an easy target to be taken advantage of. Tristan did show me the car of my dreams that was within an affordable price for me however he did not waiver to show me other options when I told him I wasn t comfortable paying that much. Now I have the perfect car for me my husband and my dog and I could not be happier. I can t wait until I m finished with my masters program to come back and buy my self a graduation gift! My mom was so impressed with their customer service that she ended up buying a car too! This place is definitely worth your time and I highly recommended Tristan especially if you are a first time buyer like me!

I want Jerry Seiner Chevrolet to know that there are two very great people that work here. Jeannie DuBois and Scott McAtee. Both made us fell very comfortable when we arrived on Friday 2nd of August. Both explained in detail when asked a question. Jeannie was great on the test drive with great information and witty conversation. Scott went to great length to help us with starting the financing. I've always been wary of car salesmen, and the whole car purchase process, much less doing it on-line, but Jason Larsen of Seiner helped to redefine that stereotype.

I am writing in reference to the superior service I received from the team
at Seiner. I want to personally thank Jason Larsen for making my on-line auto-buying experience a wonderful one. Not being local to inspect the vehicle before purchasing it was unnerving to say the least. As a customer who had a ton of questions, it was quite refreshing to interact with a sales executive such as yourself who was well versed on the
vehicle (2019 Chevy Silverado 3500HD LTZ Z71) and who was also eager to answer all of my questions. Jason went above and beyond to alleviate any concerns or uncertainties that I had. Words cannot express how comfortable I felt from the moment I become your customer. You were willing to help in any way possible and were very straight forward with me. You have made me your long term customer. Honestly, this purchase was as simple as an Amazon purchase.

Jason's customer service is exemplary. I wasn't sure if I was going to fly to Utah or have it delivered to California. Either way, Jason was prepared to go the extra mile, he offered to pick me up at the air port, drive it to Las Vegas or have it delivered. Just a "shout-out" to Keith the maintenance guy. I am a wholesale florist and was dropping my Izusu off for an emergency repair and was consolidating my fresh flowers in the back parking lot to fit on a smaller van and needed to empty water on the ground and was SCOLDED by Keith! He even asked if I needed a broom to sweep up the rose petals that were in the water I poured out. WOW! It is a good thing Marg and your service deptartment are so outstanding or I guarantee I would NEVER COME BACK! Thanks Keith for ruining my day!

I used to own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am that I brought here. It had issues with with the security lock turning on and preventing gas from reaching the ignition. After several visits and near $1000 in charges, it happened again. I did deep researching and found out that there was just a fuse (AC fuse, GM electrical for you) that kept blowing. Replaced with an autoreset fuse and the car worked just fine after and I never saw that security light again. Their techs do a lot of guess work and not a lot of research from what this displayed to me. $3 could have saved me the grand I spent here. Do your research cause these guys won't.

I got a call from one of the girls letting me know that they could do an appraisal on my 2013 ATS, I had no intentions of trading in my car but I said sure let's set up an appointment just to see what they could do for me.
Kelly Bolton was our salesman and he was absolutely AMAZING! He was very professional, kind, easy to work with and was not pushy. He worked very well with the Manager with numbers and prices that still fit into our budget. So in the end I traded my 2013 ATS and upgraded to a 2015 ATS.
This is my 2nd Cadillac that I have bought from this dealership and have GREAT experiences both times!!! The dealership is very clean, professional and filled with phenomenal people!!!

And just another note: Aaron Fowler in the Service Department is incredible.. He has always taken care of me for the past 3 yrs with my 2013 ATS, and I am looking forward to being able to continue with the incredible service with my 2015 ATS!

Again Kelly Bolton was so amazing.. he made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us! A very no pressure kind of salesman which made my experience even more enjoyable!! =]

From the time we got there till the time we left, Max Dondelinger took the time to show us all of the different options and took the time make sure we knew all about the Tahoe we purchased. Also, sales manager Keith Archibald knew the type of deal we were looking for and was able to make it happen..
Highly recommend going to these guys for your next vehicle purchase!

I was very dissatisfied with the fact that you guys say a diagnostic fee of $65.00 and the you come back and tell me it is going to be $240 to pull valve covers then $600 to pull cylinder heads, so I paid$65 for you guys to not tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. So I took it to Riverton Chevrolet the next day and had to pay another $115 diagnostic fee, but they actually told me what was wrong with my vehicle, I feel like I got screwed out of my money and feel I should not have had to pay. Riverton Chevrolet did not have to pull my valve covers or cylinder heads to tell me what was wrong, I only put 1 star because you can't put 0

I took my car in for an open recall and to get my headlights replaced. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours, but it ended up taking over 3 hours. I was also told that it would cost me about $180. After some time I was told that it would cost an additional $10-20 per bulb, but when I went to check out I found that the bulbs cost either $21 or $31 each depending on the bulb type. They did give me a $25 discount after I took issue with the discrepancy, but I ended up paying $60 more and waiting more than twice as long as I was told. I would have been fine with this if they had been honest with me from the beginning, but by the time I finally got out of there I was pretty irritated that I had been misled. I also overheard another customer complaining that their car had been there for days longer than they were originally told and that they weren't given clear updates on when they would actually be done, so it seems that this dealership has a wider problem giving their customers accurate information. I won't come back here for service if I can avoid it.

I took my Hummer in for a prepaid oil change and check up. I had an appointment. The attendant said I needed $850 of other routine maintenance. I said to go ahead and that I would wait for the vehicle. Over an hour later, the car was still sitting where I had parked it and no one had even looked at it. I canceled the service and left. A few hours later, I got a robot call thanking me for servicing my car there and saying that if I had any questions I could call their 800 number. They failed to fix my car but they succeeded in letting me know they didn't want my business.

The employees were nice but that's how they grab you. They had a car I wanted to see but couldn't find it, so they pulled out something else. I liked it, but I couldn't afford it so I declined and left. They decided to send my financial information across the country without my permission to find a bank to offer me a loan when I said no. All my mail has been for the last 2 months is rejection letters from banks I've never heard of.

I loved coming to this dealership. Elvin was absolutely fantastic. Having a family it was not always easy to find the time to get to the dealership, but they went out of their way so I could find the time to test drive the Escalade as well as decide which color and then purchase. I love my car and am grateful for all the help Elvin offered in making sure I knew everything about all of extras on my car. He has also reached out since then to make sure that I am happy and if he can answer any questions. Thank you for making the purchase of our family car so easy.

I am revising my review of my experience at this location. This is my first Chevrolet (2017 Bolt) and I have been pleased with the vehicles quality, value and features. In my last visit, I dropped my 2 year old car off to have an issue looked at. The issue was brought up before in a while I was under warranty and the problem took a little while to diagnose but was covered under warranty. The staff has always been courteous and very accommodating. I will follow up this review as my repair progresses.

We came in for an oil change as well as immessions, tax and register...
We were helped by James (sorry I can't remember last name). We ask if the technician could also see why the lights on the passenger visor mirror wasn't working. Bulbs were ordered to fix this. The wrong size was sent. James went to get the correct size to hurry things along. We had already been there almost four hours. Second bulbs were wrong size as well. We decided not to try for new bulbs. Though we were there much longer then we expected, we were taken care of and kept updated by James. Because of his professionalism and customer care we felt at ease while we waited in the clean friendly waiting area. We will most definitely be back.

Bait and Switch.......... Would have had 1 star if it wasn't for the salesman named Tyler. I talked to the Internet Team Manager named Jonathan the day before I came in. I told him that I was interested in a particular vehicle and we set up an appointment for me to come in at noon the next day to take a look. I was determined to take that truck home that day. Jon told me to ask for Mark or Keith when I got there. When I arrived, neither of them seemed to care to help me. I was told the truck would be ready out front for me to take out for a test drive. Tyler decided to help me out and after 15 minutes of confusion he finally came out to say that they had sold that truck that morning. After the disappointment, Keith came out to tell me to look around for something else. They could have called me before I drove all the way to Salt Lake City to let me know it was sold. What is even more disappointing is that 45 minutes before our appointment at noon, they called to make sure I was still coming in to check it out even though they knew that the truck had already been sold hoping that I would buy something else from them.

While the management and I couldn't come to an agreement on a vehicle, I had an excellent experience working with Ramiro. His customer service exceeds anything I've ever experienced with a dealership. He worked with me to get me the information I wanted about a truck there even though I'm in South Carolina. Do not let the bodyshop touch your vehicle. Its been a long time coming for this review. Person after person I speak with has had the same experience with Heather from the bodyshop. Worst service ever not to mention the lying about parts put on my truck. Spending useless money on badges for my truck therefore the important truck parts catagory suffers. Unbelievable experience. Had to take my truck back countless times. Finally i bit the bullet and had someone else do the work. Tired of being lied to about EVERYTHING involving my truck. I wish i knew about MVE back then.
