My order was bit timely due to the holidays. to explain further I needed an order of 3 dye sublimated prints within a timeframe. With the holiday being around they were busy this time of the year and I felt very imposing by asking the status of my order here and there. The whole time management was my fault but they worked with me as best as they could and set everything up to my specifications as best as they could.In the end I was able to pick up my order in time and set everything in place in time.
