We've been order from Jakprints forever and they always do a great job. On my most recent order, I got a call from Karie Scroggs - there was a problem with our art. She was very helpful and friendly, and waited patiently while I fixed the file and emailed it to her, then sent me a confirmation to let me know we were back on track. Very helpful!
